    “Bed & Breakfast”

    It's not a hotel. It is a bed & breakfast place. If you come to NY for fun, it should be ok.

    “Not really for anybody”

    When we booked it, we thought we were taking a chance and might be in for an adventure, but this place wasn't good. And my standards are wicked low. The room was not only tiny (6x12), but was also 20 degrees hotter than the rest of the loft. The bathrooms were "under construction" which limited us to 2, which was a major inconvenience considering the number of people staying there (nobody staying there seemed satisfied with their visit either). And out of those bathrooms one shower was basically not usable. The only, singular benefit to this place was the location, walking distance to soho, chinatown, and little italy. But save yourself the frustration of staying here.

    “Not enjoyable”

    This place was not very good. The room was very small and very hot, the bathrooms (shared) were of unacceptable quality, and the service was very amateurish. Location was nice, but doesn't make up for the drawbacks. Avoid if possible.
