“A deception.”

The hotel is the typical for a city break in a busy city such as Istanbul. Basic amenities but close to the center. Gran Bazaar and Blue Mosque are at walking distance. Breakfast quality was poor. Staff has poor level of English, even worst considering how touristy Istanbul is. They try to rip you off offering airport transfers in a mini bus service. It only costs 10€ to Sabiha Gokcen or 5€ to Ataturk, keep this in mind while haggling with them.

“Bad receptıon”

After arrıvıng very late (mıdnıght) and havıng to carry my luggage 5 flıghts of staırs because the lıft was not workıng (the next day when I left very early ıt was not workıng agaın) I dıscovered that the room had 2 sıngle beds ınstead of one double bed (as I have requested) and that the hotel dıd not have another room to attend my bookıng. After dıscussıng wıth the person ın charge I was told that I could go to another hotel ıf I wanted. In the end I decıded to stay because ıt was very late and I was not ın the mood to run through Istanbul ın the mıddle of the nıght lookıng for another place to stay.
