“Great, inexpensive hotel but quite a distance from the city centreq”

An excellent hotel and really good base for seeing Moscow. Rooms are well-equiped business style and the hotel serves a good buffet breakfast. Only downside is the distance into the city centre - a 20 minute walk to the Metro station and then approx 45 minutes on the tube itself. Having said that the Moscow metro is very clean and efficent, so not too bad a journey generally.

“Superb place”

Hotel was superb and staffs were cordial, speak GOOD English and wonderful. Enjoyed my 12days stay with my family. The shopping mall across the road made things a lot easier. The domo airport was closely as well. However, the main restaurant was always used for other functions which prevented guests from having Lunch or Dinner if you wanted. Room service was staffed and orders got confussed and delayed. This didn’t make sense to me especially staying there during the smog in Moscow. The shower has low pressures; I am used to blast, complained but guess that all they have to offer. But its my choice any day if ever I go to Moscow again.

“Good value”

Very good hotel, with an excellent breakfast buffet. The main hic with this hotel is that it is quite far from the City center (close to 1 hour in Subway), and still not very close to the Domodedovo airport. The hotel itself is walking distance (15 min) from the closest subway station in a safe neighbourhood. You have to pay for a very slow "high speed cabled internet" access. Forget watching TV or connecting to a VPN service. Free wireless access is available in the lobby area, but the speed is no better. Mini bar prices are very high, but there is a 24 hours service station with all you need halfway between the hotel and the subway. There are a few basic restaurants within walking distance.

“Great hotel, far from city centre”

Nice staff, great hotel. Excellent breakfast. Everything was ver clean and rooms were excellent. There is a pub in the hotel, with great and well-priced food. Nice beer too. The only thing to bare in mind is the distance to the city center. The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (40 min ride) and the tube station is a 10min walk from the hotel.

“excellent cost x benefit”

apart from the fact that it's a bit far from the center (it takes 10-15min to the next station and another 30min to the center), the price and quality are really compensatory. On the other hand, it's not far from the airport and the hotel has a shuttle service.

“Great Hotel For The Price!”

We just returned after staying at the Milan for 7 days. We had a great stay. Very clean room, friendly, english speaking staff, with a free breakfast buffet. Many restaurants within walking distance. The Metro is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel with approx 25 minute ride (approx 7 stops) to get to the Kremlin. The only downside is that you have to pay for internet access (approx $25 US dollars per 24 hours). We will certainly stay here again.

“Quick but Great!”

Stayed there only overnight, after seeing a concert, checked in late. The lady was very nice and even organised us a packed breakfast as we had an early departure before the included breakfast began. The room was very clean and comfortable and the room service was excellent. Definate thumbs up if you want to stay in a nice place, close the the main Moscow airport.

“Very good choice”

It's very good choice, direct road to Domodedovo, Tsaritsyno park 3 km away, Largest Europian automall 50meters nearby, Auchan, and mall with movies across the road

“Totally impressed!”

This was a pleasant experience in an excellent hotel. The staff was both professional and extremely helpful. The room was first class and the breakfasts was superb. There was even a free shuttle to the airport. I wish we had a hotel this nice for this price anywhere in Florida.

“Great Service and English speaking staff in Moscow!”

The lobby is very attractive, with a piano bar, and very helpful staff. All employees at the front desk speak excellent English and they are willing to help with all requests. I have stayed at several Moscow hotels, and this has been by far the best customer service, and the best in terms of willingness and ability to speak English. The rooms are clean and spacious, as well as the bathrooms. The king-size bed in our room was of high quality. The Domodedovo metro station is about a 15 minute walk, and from there the city center is about 20 minutes or so.
