“Amazing staff”
The hotel itself is a bit old, but we were looking for an affordable place, so it was good. But the staff at the front desk were amazing. Both the guy and the girl that worked there were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to tell us about St. Louis and the various things to do and see there.
“great place to stay”
The hotel is lovely my only suggestion is a mat for the shower it was slippery. Otherwise, they had an ice machine with plenty of ice, easy connection for internet, lovely room with a comfortable bed and a restaurant with reasonably priced good food. They also had a computer and printer in the lobby for guests use and I was able to print my boarding pass as well as free and easy internet access in each room. The staff was very friendly.
“Nice place to stay”
I went to St Louis for business. This hotel is in the Clayton area. The advantage is parking is free and if you have a car Forest park is 5-10 and downtown is only 15-20 minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable.
“Conveniently located just outside of St. Louis. A great escape!”
The Daniele is conveniently located just outside of St. Louis which makes it easy to get to many of the events in and around the St. Louis area. It is clean and a relaxing place to stay while on Business or Leisure.
“Excellent Choice”
Not the most modern hotel - could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Would recommend a visit to the hotel bar/restaurant - the chef actually made us customized meals that were not on the menu! Close to interstate - only a few minutes from downtown St. Louis. Great for families or business! We would go back in a heartbeat!
“Good value downtown”
Good value when you are downtown Houston. A couple good places to eat somewhat nearby, but a lot of the surrounding area is not that "desirable". It gets better each time I go back. Most rooms are of a smaller european style, but have great TVs and microwaves & frigs. Parking is a bit high ... but it's downtown in a major city !
“Great for College Visit”
If your kid is visiting or attending Wash U, this is a great choice 5 minutes away via Forsyth Blvd. You will have covered parking in the garage, an elevator, a very helpful staff, and all the space you need. Yes, it's a little worn around the edges, and the decor is a funny mix, but the Daniele is comfy, clean, quiet, and saved me $$.
“good area/good rates”
Needs some paint and updating - they have done a little lately. Convenient to great local restuarants & near lots of the St L area.
“Great location”
Clean, convenient, great services, free parking
“Great value”
You cannot the price or location for St. Louis. Large rooms, clean interior, convenient basement parking.
