“Clean and comfortable”

The staff were very attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, even with three adults. It is a good base for a family on a budget to stay. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

OK for what it was. Not keeping to published time of 8:30 for Saturday breakfast was annoying. Especially as most guests weren't told and turned up for 8:30 then had to hang around to 9:00

“Please BEWARE”

I don't even know where to begin with this hotel. From start, the condition is extremely grim. It is dirty, all the way through. The lift looks like something out of a horror movie. There is no doors (and yes, you do see the floors moving up and down when you are inside), and can only get one person per time. To be fair, the breakfast is served a la carte, but the quality of the food is extremely poor (aside from the sausage - very good). There was noise all night, you can hear, from your room, people from different rooms and floors. Also, the mattress used is so bad, I really had trouble with my back the next few days. The room is completely out dated and in very poor conditions. To be fair again, the service was very good, they were very attentive, but there's only so much they can do.
