“Good For Passing Thru”

Disappointed this hotel had no pool and had to wait for the clean towels. Breakfast wasn't much to speak about. Would not run my credit card over the phone so my finance could go ahead and get ready for a wedding and therefore I did not make it to the wedding that I rushed to get there for.

“Not sound-proofed for 2 AM activities next door”

High heels outside room woke me at 2 AM; couple went next door and did what consenting people might do at 2 AM. Rooms are NOT sound-proofed. Booked a non-smoking room, room was very smoke smelly. When I asked about this the next morning, desk personnel said that no one had stayed there for a few days! Room not marked as non-smoking Room clean and comfortable. Personnel fine (tho' unapologetic about smoke smell). Complimentary Morning Juice and Coffee like flavored water.

“Horrible Experience for wedding weekend.”

This was the worst hotel stay that I have ever had in my travels throughout the world. The manager/owner had a horrible attitude, bad manners and a poor indication of the potential of the hotel. The saga started when the room was not cleaned and we were told, "You should have told us you were going out so that we can clean the room." I have never had to tell any hotel that I was leaving my room so they could clean it. I was outraged. I had to request additional towels and received an attitude because I had to do that. Wireless access was only in the lobby and you had to use an ethernet connection in the room. My husband and I both use laptops and wireless connection. I had to go sit in the lobby in order to complete some work that I had to complete as my husband also had a deadline to meet. The owner walked in on myself and my new husband (this stay coincided with my wedding weekend). He knocked once, did not wait for a response and then entered without announcing himself. He had the nerve to get upset when my husband (a former law enforcement officer) told him that act was not legal. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I was mistaken to follow the previous reviews. I am not sure as to why my stay had such a disparity in quality than the other reviewers.
