I was very impressed with the service at the hotel. The room and bathroom were both a good size and very clean. I can't comment on the restaurant as I didn't use this. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the seafront, which might be the only consideration for some people.

“Great Hotel, Decent Location”

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice, big, clean, etc. The pool on the roof is very nice and the service was great everywhere. The location is good, but not great. We really enjoyed our stay but there were just a few small things that bothered us. They advertised in room movie rental, but the service was down the whole time we were there (didn't really seem like it ever worked though). They have internet access available to purchase.. it's kind of expensive, then once you purchase your minutes it hardly ever works.. it was the worst internet connection I've ever seen and we ended up wasting most of the minutes/package we purchased. Over all the hotel is very nice though and in a decent enough location - we'd definitely stay here again, but would avoid messing w/ the internet access, bring our own movies, and wouldn't even bother opening the mini-bar.

The hotel has very limited internet access. Only in the lobby and few top floors.

“OK but.....”

All staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not use the hotel facilities, the gym was very small and a converted bedroom. Hardly any machines and one multigym. Rooms are not 4 star and could do with a more modern update. Hotel is approx 15 minutes walk from the promenade and currently Nice has a massive infrastructure going on with a new tram line being built and expected to be completed by the end of 2007. Tip: Hotel is within walking distance to Nice Riquier station for trains to Monaco and other coastal towns.
