“Lovely place to stay”

Very nice hotel. The restaurant had superb food even though the service wasn't the fastest. It's a short walk to the city center or to Keukenhof.

“Location, location, location”

If you are visiting the tulip fields and Keukenhof gardens for more than just a day trip this hotel is a must. It is walking distance to the gardens as well as the center of Lisse. The hotel is adequate, clean and comfortable, no added ammenities. Hotel service was downgraded not because the staff wasn't friendly (they were), but because they were understaffed (waiting time to check-in and check-out were ridiculous). In addition, the hotel makes no effort to try to facilitate visiting any of the attractions in the area. For example, they do not have cmplementary van service to Keukenhof for hotel guests unable to walk the short distance. They were unable to assist with trips to the beaches or the tulip auctions.

“Good hotel, if you have a car.”

If u rent a car this is a good place to be , particularly in spring as it overlooks the tuplip fields. The hotel sauna is not free .. it euro 8 for an hour and is a private sauna.. first time a hotel has a private sauna you have to pay for.. swimming pool - nothing fancy about it..Just another small pool.. The staff were friendly but certainly not the best you would have met.
