“Disappointed”

For the price we expected that there would be a hair dryer and coffee service in the room. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop the water continuing to run. We could hear water running in the walls but don't know where it was coming from. The TV was hard to use. Admittedly I'm not tecno-savvy. Coffee service and ice were in the front lobby. There was a small fridge and microwave which if we'd known about in advance might have been an advantage. We didn't get shampoo the first night. no soap or shampoo the second night. We caught housekeeping snacking and asked for soap for the third night. We like the location as it is convenient to our activities while in East Albuquerque.
