“Nice Stay”

Hotel was very clean, room with two queen beds was very large. Love love loved the bed, it was so comfortable! Nice large shower. Ate at the restaurant on top floor one night, very pretty. Staff was friendly. Just about one or two blocks over to shopping/restaurants. An easy 20 minute drive to Saugatuck, which was my main destination. Very nice, will stay again.

“Holland's Most Unique with Great Location”

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here and were extremely pleased. We each had a queen bed which faced away from each other with our own tv. The room was very clean with lots of extras like a lighted mirror, walk in shower, bamboo sheets and the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in. Windows go from the floor to the high ceiling which allows for wonderful views. The entire hotel is LEED certified and there is no smoking anywhere inside. The result is a clean and refreshing smell not found in many hotels anymore. Even my teenager was impressed.

My friends and I were thrilled with City Flats Hotel ~ everything about it ~ the professional service, the uniqueness of our first "green" hotel, brunch at the City Vu Bistro is a must ~ the bamboo sheets, the flat screen tv's ~ couldn't ask for more. No coffee pots in the room but the City Bru in the lobby provides complimentary coffee (if you don't mind running down there with a coat thrown over your jammies!) I say go and try it for yourself! Location, location, location is perfect in the wonderfull downtown shopping area ~ just a short walk away from wonderrful shops that lend themselves to nostalgia of the way "things used to be" and still are in downtown Holland.

“Holland's Best Hotel”

This was our first stay at City Flats & what can I say, except fabulous! Staff were extremely friendly & clearly went out of their way to make certain we had a positive experience. Though we did not eat in the hotel restaurant, the coffee bar & breakfast rolls were delicious. Our room was not only spacious, but the bed was the most comfortable we had experienced throughout our trip. I took pictures of the room & lobby to share with family & friends & highly recommended staying at the City Flats!

“Great Hotel - Great Location”

Hotel had very cool decor and is a environmentally conscious hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. It had a great location - walking distance to shops, easy parking etc. The only negative for us was the lack of swimming pool as we had children. The menu didn't appear to be very kid friendly so we ate at the local restaurants (all within walking distance).

“Best hotel in Holland”

We absolutely loved our stay at City Flats. The close proximity to Hope campus and downtown shopping was wonderful. We parked the car and never left the area. The hotel itself was a nice change from the chain hotels with the most comfortable beds that I have ever encountered and loved all the eco-friendly amenities. We enjoyed the availablity of speciality coffee right in the hotel as well as lots of places to sit and relax with friends. Most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

“Modern comfort, very impressive”

This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very clean, very impressive architecture, especially in the room. We did not eat at the restaurant, so I can't help you there. We will go back to Holland to stay there again. Absolulely perfect.
