“Perfect hotel for a short stay.”

I stayed at myhotel in Bloomsbury for 2 nights in a single room. While the room was small, it was extremely clean and modern in style. The location is great and is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

“Love the hotel but whoever designed the bathroom should be forced to use it.”

Great hotel, great staff. A single bedroom with everything you need for a brief stay. The only problem was the design of the bathroom which honestly was useless. It was nice and clean but for reasons beyong me the lay out was so that I could barely fit my legs in in front of the loo... and I am only 5 ft 2 (162 cm). It is a real shame because everything else was spot on.

“I did go back”

Generally a wonderful stay. I spent a total of 5 nights here over the course of 2 and a half weeks. The morning breakfast (the continental option) is expensive but marvelous. If you don't want to spend the money go to Cafe Nero or Starbucks, both a few blocks away. The "library" in the basement has 4 computers and 2 printers with internet connections; it took me ages to get an adapter for my laptop (there is also wifi) so this was a lifesaver.

“Know what you're looking for”

I was travelling on business and looking for a hotel for a decent nightly price in a central location to the City with Things To Do on my off-time. This hotel fit that: close to the tube, West End theatre district and British Museum. A Boots is right around the corner, as well as cafes, pubs, restaurants and a bookstore. It also has free internet service, which is more difficult to find than you'd expect. Be aware that this is very much a London hotel. And as such, do not go there expecting what you get in America or even other places in Europe. The rooms are small, and so are the beds, bathrooms and lifts. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in the room, you may want to go for a larger room at a luxury hotel. Positives: location; quiet -- on a side street ideal for a light sleeper; the room was small but was clean and had what I needed. The staff seemed friendly enough -- I did not have much interaction with them. Big towels in the bathroom, appreciated by a tall person. Both heat and air conditioning worked well, which can be unusual! Negatives: Hot water left something to be desired. At least in my room, the toilet needed a couple of attempts to flush properly -- but I have found that is common in this area of London. Wish the bed was more comfortable, but it fit within my expectations (though I travel a lot so I may have lower expectations). Overall a positive stay.

“Trendy Hotel, but a bit frayed at the edges”

Great location - lots of bars, restaurants, stores, cafes around. Bedford park is half a block down the street and can be a refuge from the busy Tottenam Court Rd in the opposite direction. The adjacent tapas bar is open late, but just a few blocks away around Goodge St - there are many restaurants including at least one 2-star Michelin one. The single room I had was slightly larger than the usual in London, but you can tell that it's getting a touch worn. I think I read somewhere that the hotel was being refreshened, which should help it fullfil its potential. Overall a good London deal!

“Perfect Location”

I traveled to London for a week of business. The location was ideal. I could walk to the Tube station in less than 5 minutes and was close to shopping of Oxford Street and the nightlife of SOHO for enjoyable evenings after the workday. My first room faced Tottenham Court Road, was small and noisy from raod traffic. After a couple of sleepless nights I requested a move to the Baylor Street side of the hotel and was VERY pleased with larger size of the room and the quieter environment. And I must add that the hotel staff was very gracious in responding to my request. Although I had to re-pack my clothes, the hotel moved me to my new room while I was attending to my business obligations.

“Nice but room very small”

Hotel is nice, especially the bar and facilities. My room (regular) was clean and nice, but really small for the price. Compared to some Radisson Hotels I stayed in London it was worse !

“Adequate for the price”

The hotel was in a great location for some of the local attractions - close to the British Museum and an easy walk to Soho and the some West End theaters. Also the tube stations were need by for attractions further away. The room was a bit small, but since I was staying in a single, it was what I expected for a hotel in London. The room was always kept clean and it was really quiet.

“Noisey Room”

On first impresion the hotel is well presented and the staff pleasent, it is also in a good position. The problem I have is with the room itself, it was very noisey. You can hear people moving up and down the hall and in the room next door, I was kept awake for an hour between 4 and 5am by noisy neighbours and it took three calls to reception to get the problem solved. I also dont think the room felt that special i have stayed in better for the money.
