Attracted by the hotel's dive shop, its casual ambience, and its proximity to downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife, scuba divers and snorkelers come to the Cozumel Palace year-round. Stairs on a dock lead down to Caribbean Sea fronting the hotel. Coral heads lie near the stairs for snorkelers, and a reef just offshore provides scuba diving opportunities

“Wonderful Service”

We visited Cozumel for our honeymoon, every room faces the ocean. The jetted tub was so relaxing after a long day. The service was outstanding! The hotel staff were very polite and courteous. I had a problem with my ear and they sent the paramedic on staff and even followed up the next day to make sure I was ok. The best resturants were the Italian, Asian and Mexican resturants, the service was great. The steakhouse was ok.

“Can't wait to go back!!!”

This hotel chain was AWESOME!!! Words can't describe it! We visited for our 6th anniversary and got treated like a king and queen! We were able to visit some of the other Palace hotels and they were wonderful too! We can't wait to go back to an all inclusive adult only hotel. This one is great for families with children!!

“Wonderful hotel and location. Stay there not looking.”

Very nice hotel. Room very good size. Liked the tubs a lot. We will be going back. Location is wonderful very close to town no need to take taxi to town just walk a few blocks. Shopping across the street. Pool area very nice. Great snorkeling at the hotel. Food very nice. Five stars.

“Will definitely go back!”

This was our second time visiting this hotel and we were just as pleased with our stay this time as our first time. We booked a city view room, which was incredibly small, but we were able to get a room upgrade to a junior suite the next day. They have started doing a promotion with resort "credits" which allowed us to experience some snorkeling excursions for free. We also chose a steak and lobster dinner with the resort credit. It was actually very good, with a decent sized filet cooked the way we liked. The Italian themed restaurant and cuisine is superb! The staff is so friendly and we always tend to make friends with many of the hotel guests from many states. The snorkeling is fantastic right off of the hotel property! They even have flotation devices for people who just want to relax in the ocean.

“Outstanding”

There is nothing that would have made our stay at the Cozumel Palace any better than a few extra days. The staff can't do enough to make you comfortable and happy. The food is wonderful, not what you would expect at an all inclusive. The rooms were big and kept immaculate. This was my second stay at this place and while I usually don't go to the same place every year - I would come back to this hotel every month if I could.

“it's so amazing, we're going back 2 months later with our kids!”

The customer service, the quality of food, the cleanliness of the hotel...this place is paradise! There are fun activities all day, really nice tours are included in the stay, and did I mention customer service? It is unlike anyplace we've ever stayed - not the most expensive, but definitely the nicest! We're going back with the kids and my sister's family in 2 months!!

“Fabulous Hotel”

Would stay there again. We went snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and parasailing. Next time we will go scuba diving. Beds were very comfortable, people very nice and helpful. Our son loved how quickly room service was. Pool was warm, the ocean a bit cool. Food was excellent. no regrets.
