“Wheres the lights”

Most of the lights in the hotel rooms do not work, and if they do they are so dim they may as well be off (including the bathroom). The plug ins are also hit and miss and the staff tell you there is nothing they can do about it. We were even switched to another room and the lights did not work there either. I think that hotel needs some desperate upgrades and a staff that is really there for the customer. The ONE postitive thing is there was no stink, which is totally surprising considering the condition of the rooms, lobby and grounds.
