We didn't have any meals there, so I can't comment on the food. We did have drinks in the lounge several times and the service was excellent. Like most hotels in London, the rooms are quite small, but it was comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic.

“Best Hotel in London”

Too many good things to say in only 1500 characters. To contribute with the 3 most relevants. We got to the Hotel at an early arrive, and they were so pleasant in giving us a room until ours was ready. Secondly, I request a change because the room was a little noisy for me. They were so kind and helpful. Finally we got changed to a fantastic room. Lastly, the concierge help us in every direction or advice we asked for. He suggest us the best show ever and find us the best seat location at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks Sheraton Belgravia Team for making our holidays be one of the best.

“Excellent service, great location”

This was our first visit to London and we were very pleased with the hotel accommodations. Although the rooms were smaller than American hotels we found the rooms comfortable and more than adequite. The hotel staff was very pleasant and allowed us to check in eary afer an early morning arrival. We stayed for five days and found that the hotel location afforded us the opportunity to walk to most of the major sites. The hotel is located in a very up-scale area among embassys and high-end boutiques. We felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would surely stay their again.

“Extremely savvy hotel”

From the moment I arrived at London's Sheraton Belgravia, I knew I'd chosen the right hotel. It's conveniently located within walking distance to Victoria Station, Harrod's and even Buckingham Palace. The hotel's wood-paneled "lobby" was more like a formal living room with comfy sofas and chairs and quiet alcove seating areas at the tall windows. We preferred dining in the alcoves, although the sumptious breakfast buffet was made cheery with the skylight dining area, and dinner was elegant in the ajoining dining room and bar. The chef was from Argentina, but knew just how to prepare a delicious English breakfast. For dinner we enjoyed the Scottish beef prime ribs (slightly gamey compared to American), guinea pie and a particularly delicious peach tart. Our room was beautifully appointed with antique-looking burl wood twin beds and tables with comfy chairs. I must admit, though, that although our room was quiet, the view from our big window was an alley and the hotel's inner rooftop of unsightly pipes and metal boxes. The excellent housecleaning staff made up for the "view," as we were out on the town most of the time. Other staff members also personalzed our stay. The concierge always had a taxi waiting, found my lost sunglasses and retrieved packages left in an alcove before I knew they were lost. I'm hooked on London and will definitely return to the Sheraton Belgravia.

“A good hotel”

I thought this was a really nice hotel. I stay in London hotels frequently. The room was nicely equipped and comfortable. The decor wasnt the most up to date but I wouldnt describe it as tired or at all shabby. On arrival I was given a glass of sparkling wine, which was a nice touch and unusual for London. The only down side was that it was a ten minute walk to affordable restaurants. I am used to having bistro's etc closer by as I am a female business traveller... but if you are happy with a short walk then I think subject to the rate it is a good place to stay and one of the better ones for me.

“Comfort hotel”

Due to the length I stayed in the hotel which it was 7 nights I asked for late check out which I expected to be acceptable at least up to 3:00 pm like any other hotel would do but the management gave only one hour after 12:00 pm then will apply charge of 20 pound for each hour I think 40 pound is not a big deal to charge the costumer
