“Hidden Gem”

Adorable Inn, one block away from Bal Harbor shops! Walk from the beach. A quiet spot on the beach is nice to find in miami. Very relaxing. The inn was quiet. The rooms are a great size and make you feel at home with two rooms and two bathrooms. Clean...nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Free parking! The pool was being renovated while we were there, but i was happy to actually go to the beach. Has a fridge, pull out couch...so if you are a family on a budget. it's big enough! Went to Dolphin Stadium while we were there for a game and it was close enough...the tolls just aren't that fun. Free breakfast is simple but still fresh and nice. Check in/out not too friendly but the housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and will definatly stay here when i come back to miami and want a quiet escape that is still close to south beach and downtown.

“Hotel tres agrable mais sans piscine!”

Cet hotel est tres bien situé, 10 min a pied de l'océan et est tres agréable... Les suites sont spatieuses et tres confortables.. Le seul bémol est qu'il est indiqué comme ayant une piscine mais ce n'est plus le cas depuis peu (Sept 07). A part ceci l'hotel et les services sont parfaits.

“Great value”

Located in a good area, it is a quiet hotel that has clean rooms and offers a free continental breakfast. Free parking that fills up quickly - after 9:00 pm there is room in the valet lot. The beach is close but a little further than I wanted to walk.

Durée du séjour: 3 jours Période: fin avril 2008 Situation: en couple (30-35 ans) L'hotel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très chic où les maisons à plus d'un million de dollars sont monnaie courante. Le quartier est donc très calme. L'hotel est à une demi-heure (hors heure de pointe) de voiture du district art deco ou downtown et à un 5 minutes de la harding avenue où vous trouverez restaurants et supermarchés. La plage n'est pas à plus de 5 minutes en voiture. Attention, pour la plupart de vos aller-retours, vous serez presque obligés de passer par un payage routier au nord de Bay Harbor. La chambre est propre et le service de l'hotel est impeccable, personnel très sympa et prêt à conseiller, oubliez le petit déjeuner, c'est ultra basique. Autant aller faire des courses au supermarché Walgreens sur Harding Avenue et utiliser le frigo de la chambre. La chambre dispose d'un beau dressing et d'une télé avec une centaines de chaines. Je n'ai pas entendu le moindre bruit de passage dans le couloir. Conseil: - l'airco est comme partout assez bruyant, si vous le coupez, n'oubliez pas de le rebrancher sinon l'humidité va envahir la chambre très rapidement et vous aurez du mal à tout sécher. - prenez une chambre à l'étage, le sol c'est du plancher donc si des gens rentrent tard dans leur chambre au dessus de vous, cela fait pas mal de bruit.

Nice, quiet hotel. Good size lounge room and bedoom. Furniture and carpets a bit tired but rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, waffles excellent. Staff very helpful. Italian retaurant nearby, but rather expensive. Would stay here again

“Nice location, breakfast?”

Great location. Clean room. Nice front desk staff. Chef cooked breakfast was just a made to order omlet? Not what I expected. Rest of breakfast buffet nice and fresh. Waitress wouldn't let us sit outside by the water for breakfast because a party was setting up for the afternoon. At 7am I don't think it would have made a difference.

“Great Hotel!”

If you are looking for a hotel in the Miami area, this is a great choice. They are located in a safe area with easy access to Miami Beach and Miami. They have a fantastic continental breakfast with cereal, a variety of pastries, fruit, toast, english muffins--so much more than you usually get! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Only thing we noticed while we were there is that it didn't seem that they had someone available to provide service 24 hours. We got in late and wanted some extra sheets for the pull out couch in our room, but were not able to get a hold of anyone. Had we called prior to midnight I think they would have taken care of our request quickly. Great hotel! I highly recommend it!
