“Great value and gorgeous view”

The all-inclusive aspects of this hotel are fabulous and include food, drinks (not watered down) stocked mini-bar (sodas, bottled water) - EVERYTHING! You literally would not need to spend a dime once you got there. Our ocean-front room was awesome. The only thing that was annoying was the timeshare sales team that literally tried to grab you the minute you registered. Fortunately, someone at the airport warned us about this and we said we would stop back later and never did. Still, they called our room EVERY day! Hotel mgmt should know how aggravating it is to feel like you're being pursued by a used car salesman on your vacation.

“Cant wait to go back next year!!!!”

This was our second stay at this resort hotel. We love it! Picture perfect in everyway. The one and only complaint that I have is the sales pitch you have to go through following your check in.

“We cant imagine going anywhere else”

We went to the Sun Palace 2 weeks ago, and haven't quit talking about it since. We would recommend this hotel to any couple that wants to stay in a gorgeous room with a spectacular view. The staff was amazing and we loved the other guests. It was relaxing and peaceful during the day. At night, we enjoyed the romantic Italian restaruant and hanging out at the lobby bar. We have already said that we don't know how we are going to be able to go to any other destination or resort after staying here. We are spoiled now!

“The best place in the world!”

I can't even explain the how the service at this hotel was. From the moment you walk in through check-out. I definitely recommend this hotel for honeymooners, anniversary or just wanting to enjoy each other this is the place. I was so upset to leave. The tours are included in your stay for those wanting save an extra buck. The food was great. Especially the Italian restaurant. You can also visit all other Palace resorts and do the activities and dining there as well all included. You really get treated as royalty. Every penny you put towards this hotel is well worth it. This was our second time to the Sun Palace and we love it! It is very clean and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful! It is a great place to go and relax and to get away from the cold! The service was great and so is the food!

WOW, if you are looking for a relaxing place to go with your partner, this is IT. me and my girlfriend went for 4 nights, it was perfect. all kinds of tours and things to do during the day and all the relax you want if you don't feel like going to them. great spa. really good food and you do not need reservations. the italian one was the best one. i think all the rooms are with a beach view. the service was amazing, the beach was amazing, and the people were super nice. they even knock at your door with class.(Very softly) it's not the place for partying or craziness, it more for hanging out and relaxing, although the bar is open till like 1 or 2 and its pretty cool. i loved the fact that the people on the beach are not aggressive at all, like the rest of the vacations spots i've been in. if i go back to mexico this is the place im going to!!!!!!

“Great Beach Hotel”

The hotel was very nice. We were greeting by a friendly staff with glasses of champagne. The beach is really large for Cancun. You can take long walks in either direction. Lots of sand and very few rocks. There were a lot of people in the ocean body surfing. The food was excellent, my husband really like the Mexican restaurant. We really liked the hot tub in the room. The only thing that could be better was the bar lounges, the location and how many .Over all though we would be back. Nice and relaxing no kids.

“Cancun's Best Hotel”

This was the best vacation ever. The stsff at the hotel were great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Our room was fantastic. It overlooked the ocean and one of the pools. The beaches were great. Plenty of room and space for everyone. The food was excellent. The steak buffet was the best. It was cooked to perfection. this was the first time we had ever been out of the country and we can't wait to go back. When we first got there, they handed us a glass of champagne and told us welcome home. From there it got better. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away from it all. We're definitely going back again next year.

“BEST VACATION EVER!!!”

This was our first trip to Cancun and Sun Palace made it THE BEST trip we have ever taken. The service is unbelievably friendly and efficient. The food at The Alamo and the poolside buffets is wonderful. The hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was our 15th Anniversary and we had a beautiful cake waiting for us on check-in. They also brought a bottle of champagne to us. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Also, the gift shops are less expensive than the shops uptown!!! We did not visit any other Palaces, because we felt like everything we needed was right there. Next time, we may try one or two more, but we will always stay at Sun Palace. Thank you to all of the WONDERFUL staff for making our special anniversary even more special.
