“An excellent value hotel.”

My wife and I had an excellent experience with this property. No, it is not a 5-star, but then if you wanted that you would have made reservations several months ago at the ******* ***, and stayed with the train car. Our room and the public areas that we saw were clean and neatly kept. The wall paper and carpets are a bit dated but serve very well. I would return to this property. If you haven't noticed, West Yellowstone, Montana is a very seasonal city. Just check the airport "hours of availability" and you will understand why the pool is closed in early June. (WYS is closed, along with a good number of the hotels inside West Yellowstone during the Winter.) We will return to West Yellowstone in the future.

“nice hotel, tourist town.”

the rooms were big, comfortable. it wasn't a hyatt but was far from a motel 6. town was small nice and freindly. call ahead but there was only one turn off the road leading out of yellowstone to the west , then down a block or two. no elevator.

“Nice Hotel, Personal Service”

This was a very affordable hotel for our cross country travel which brought us through West Yellowstone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean but a little dated. Rains most evenings in the summer so did not use any outdoor amenities. Walk to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

it was good..big rooms woith tv microwave,refrigerator....and got 2 queen size rooms ....maintained very well... worth the money

“good yellowstone lodging”

The double queen room was spacious. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fine. The exercise area was minimally furnished. Wireless was only available in the lobby area.

“Not bad hotel”

Hotel is not extrodinary, but is close to Yellowstone and pretty easy to find, except for the fact they changed the name. Rooms are average with clean bathrooms. Nice and quiet. I would stay there again as it is a good deal for the price.

The desk clerk went out of her way to give us thorough and interesting driving instructions to our next destination.

“Over used hotel”

For the purpose of sleeping and showering the hotel was sufficiant. Due to the fact the West Yellowstone area is over used the beds were hard as rocks and the hotel restaurant was way over priced. The pool and hot tub were both not working the whole time we were there and this was during high season. I just got a feeling of your choices are limited so we don't really have to give great service. The hotel was clean though. We were on the second floor and it was quiet. First floor rooms might not be as quiet because there wasn't a place on our floor that didn't creak so trying to be quiet for the folks under us was a little difficult. As I said in West Yellowstone your options are limited. I didn't see any hotel that looked top of the line. So although I might not recommend it, it's not the worst place I ever stayed.
