It can be divided into a number of separate areas, ranging in size from 91–281 square metres. The Marlborough Room covers 52 square metres and can hold 40 people theatre style or 20 classroom style. The 86-square-metre Otago Room can accommodate 100 people theatre style, while the 55-square-metre Southland Room can host up to 50 people. The Executive Boardroom, at 35 square metres, accommodates a maximum of 12 persons. All rooms, except the Otago Room, have natural light.
