Had to ask three times over two hours for the extra towels and cot.

the walls where dirty the ceiling was dirty and i ended up leaving after just 1 night of being there i think that says enough.

“Won't be going back... to the hotel, that is.”

The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but it still ended up being the worst night of my trip. When we checked in the room was fine. It was clean enough for an older hotel and it was warm outside, so the airconditioner was on and working. When we returned that evening the temperature had dropped, so we turned on the heat. Although it did warm up the room, it made a terrible banging noise which was impossible to sleep through. After we did finally manage to get to sleep, my husband and I were awakened at 2 a.m. to what sounded like at least 15 large younger men banging on the door and loudly using profanity. When my husband called the front desk he was asked if we wanted to wake up our 2 small children and move to another room. So we turned on the heater to drown out the loud voices. The next day I checked my bank statement and found that the hotel had charged me for the room even though I had already paid through Expedia. When I called to question this I was told that the charges would hopefully come off in the next week. It was bad enough to pay for this experience once...

“Disgusting”

We had arrived late in the evening so we were ready for bed. After checking in and arriving to our room we still had a long night ahead. Upon entering the room..it was suffocating in there. It was so hot because they had the air condition off. Even all the lamps were unplugged so we had to plug in the lamps to get light. The carpet wasn't even vacuumed -- it was really bad. The bathroom; it was very disgusting.....couldn't even take a shower/bath (that's how gross it was). I called the front but there were no other rooms available. **Graduation was the following day**
