“Get what you pay for here”

I found this hotel to be adequate, but nothing special. It was a very good deal from a $$$ standpoint and the location is pretty good for skiing and shopping in Breck. It was however, so hot in my room, I had to open the door to let in some cold air. The front desk attendant said there was nothing they could do about that.

5 min. walk from Peak 9 base; nice breakfast. Clean and cozy. The hot tub was amazing!

Stayed here because we were staying 11 days and the price was good. Down fall was no breakfast as advertised, no coffee at all I would have been happy if it was just in the lobby. Other than that was quiet happy with everything for the money.

It's good location, and close to slopes. Price was right and they had cont. breakfeast which i was very happy with. Room could be more cleaner, also could use few fixes. but overall I was happy with service and staff.

“Prefect for Skiers and Night Owls”

The hotel is right across the street from the Breckenridge Brewery, and around a two block walk to the chair lift at the base of Peak 9. Great location for night activities after a great day of skiing. Highly recommend it to those not staying in all day. Very inexpensive and with an awesome location to the nightlife and the slopes!

Okay I read the reviews before i left, just to get a idea about the place. If you need to stay at a classy place this is not for you. If you are looking for a place with a great location, free breakfast and a okay room this is just fine. Rooms were a little noise from people coming and going, breakfast was just fine to carb up for your day on the mountain. Location is great walk to peak nine and all the happy hours. I would stay here again with friends.

“great for the guys week end out”

I agree this is not where you would take your female partner. It is more suitable for the males. It is great for the week end guys get away from the gals week end hang out. The rooms are just that to sleep in. If you don't plan on skiing all day and want to hang in the room not good. Otherwise, if your out all day and come back to get your nights rest for the next day of boarding its the place to be.

If you're not planning on being in your room for other then sleeping the Lodge is ok. Nothing real fancy here just bed, bath and tv, but we did find the staff to be pretty nice and helpful. The best part is definitely the location.

“It's great for the price!”

BML is great for the price. It is a rustic lodge for cheap, you really can't expect too much. But it was clean, warm, fully functional, well located (on the busline and on main st), the staff was wonderful and it had a free breakfast! I fully recommend this for young (we're in our mid/late-20s) people looking for a cheap place to stay to ski. If you are used to staying in four-star hotels you might want to pay a bit more and go somewhere else, but we would go back in a heartbeat.
