“Great home in a great location!”

We never rented a house before in Orlando, but we are very happy that we did. The house had everything that we needed, with a lot of little extra's, like a high chair and a extra stroller for the little ones. We could of paid more for a executive home, but we stayed with a luxury home and it was great. House's are located all over from what I hear and ours was in the Liberty section... Are the rooms a 100% clean? For the most part yes... but the price and what you get versus a hotel makes up for it!

The entire stay was great. Everything was well organized and everyone was polite.

We stayed at a 3 story townhome located 15 miles from Disneyworld. Although there were only 2 of us this property could have easily accommodated 2 couples or more with children. It was 3 bedrooms with 31/2 baths and a sofa bed in living room in a gated community.Thought we were on a cruise with the animal shaped towels on beds and complimentary toiletries. It offered a lot more room and comfort than the standard hotel room. Although it was in a quiet noncommercial area, plenty of restaurants and shopping were only an exit away. The clubhouse had a heated pool which we did not use. Will never stay in a hotel again as this is the best option.

This was a vacation home. It was everything it showed on the internet. It was perfect!

“Wow”

This is definetly the way to go. Our house was in a quiet neighborhood, the house was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and deck area the most. I tried the stove top once and it did not light, but as I was on vacation it was not a big deal to us, I am sure if I had requested it, it would have been fixed, ASAP. We made out just fine with the BBQ. The light over the front door was burnt out, and Premier Vacation Homes fixed it within hours of me notifying them of the problem. We were extremely happy with our Holiday and would definently stay with Premier again.

“Nice for Price”

Nice neighborhood. Home had enough room for our family to have their own space after a full day of activities. The use of the backyard pool, grill and lawn furniture made it a relaxing time at the end a fun filled day. Just beware of the cleaning fee.

We had a 4 bedroom executive house with a pool. The house was clean and only minutes to Disney!!! The pool was freezing(we went in Nov) and they wanted alot to heat it, but other than that we had a great time.

it was are first villa holiday booking in was easy we asked for a 3 bed with a pool and got given a 4 bed it was easy to find close to all the shops and restrants the villa was very clean and the kids loved the pool will be defently booking again can not fault it overall was evey thing we wanted and more

Hotel was about 30 minute easy drive from office. Home situated in a nice area of town - close to stores. Home is very modern, very clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay in Florida. It's a bit out of the way if you want to do the typical Disney trip but great just for relaxing and a great base for planning day trips. Very quiet modern neighbourhood. The staff at the office were efficient and helpful at check in and check out. We had no problems with the home - it truly lived up the description of Executive Pool Home. The only negative is we were asked for up front at check in $65 for "Property Protection Fee". I would have liked to have known that at time of booking - $65.00 represents a significant portion of a 5 day tight budget. Otherwise the home was more than we expected. Would definately go back to same home.
