“Great Location - Great Price - Super Friendly Staff”

We just went to Santa Fe for 4 days. It was fabulous. This Hotel is only 1 short block from the downtown PLAZA. It has many superb restaurants just steps from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. They have a really nice breakfast area for a continental breakfast. They also have "to go" cups for hot chocolate or coffee - which was nice on the chilly mornings to be able to take a cup with you on the way out to shop!! The bedrooms are average size, but they don't have that "HOTEL" feel at all - definately more like a bed and breakfast. There are only 19 rooms in the whole hotel - and the rooms are spaced out around a large square. So..you don't ever hear any noise!! They had the most reasonable prices on expedia for hotels in this same area. Much cheaper. The hotel also has free parking- which can be limited by nightfall - But everyone seemed to fit in somewhere each night!! Santa Fe was extremely easy to get around in a rental car. It's relatively small - and it won't take but about an hour and you'll have it all figured out!! Just be sure to have your maps.

Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic location and really friendly service. The breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommend it.

“Nice and convenient”

If you're visiting the US courthouse this is the place to stay. It was small, unpretentious, and friendly, as well as close to downtown places. It's not a luxury hotel but it's clean, neat, safe, and nice enough. It's not a shady or seedy motel.

“Clean, quiet place to stay”

This inn was a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe. Our room, while small, was completely adequate for two of us for six days. The inn was conveniently located near the plaza, but not so close that late night tourist noises were an issue. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles (light and flavorful), fresh fruit, cereals and bread from the Sage bakery (fresh and delicious; a must-stop for other baked goods); Sunday's breakfast added bacon and eggs. The dining area is light-filled and comfortable. It was easy to meet the other guests here. Cookies and tea are available afternoons; on Friday and Saturday, wine and cheese were offered in the large, window-front lobby. We had a problem with a squeaky door and a loose plumbing fixture, which was fixed quickly and completely. All the personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. This is a fine, low-key, clean and quiet place to stay.

“we are pleasantly surprised”

The hotel is centrally located (right in the center of Santa Fe), but the was quiet and smoke free. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Because we had to catch an early flight in the morning, we were concerned that we had to rely on the bedside alarm clock radio and not the wake-up call services (the office hour is only from 7am to 7pm). However, the front desk was nice to offer help in setting the alarm clock (which we did not need) and packed a very nice breakfast basket for us to take to the airport. By the way, they also provide fresh baked cookies around four in the afternoon and provide brandy and chocolate shortly after seven.

“Quiet and so convenient!”

The location was just a long block from the Plaza in a quiet area, so it was easy to get to shops and restaurants - but peaceful at the end of the day. Staff were cordial and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed at a reasonable price (thanks to Expedia). I will go back again and have already told my friends.
