Special Check-In Instructions
  • Check-in is at the Arrival Center in the Snowmass Center. located at 16 Kearns Rd, Snowmass Village, Colo. 81615. From Brush Creek Rd, follow signs for Snowmass Village for about three miles. After going under the Wood Ski Bridge, take the next right-hand turn onto Kearns Rd (signage will state Snowmass Center/Village Market). Follow the road up the hill, take the second left-hand turn, and park.
  • The Arrival Center offers a 24-hour front desk, van service, concierge, and more for VPM owners and guests. A few benefits of the Snowmass Center location include: easy access check-in parking proximity to the Village Market grocery store, post office, pharmacy and liquor store, banking and restaurants. Guests arriving at the Aspen Airport may still use the courtesy phone located in the baggage claim area to notify the bell staff of their arrival.
