“Great for the price, and good for an extended vacation.”

Everyone was very friendly during our stay. Not only the staff but other travelers that stayed at the hotel as well. They have a nice pool, outdoor seating, a bar, a lounge with internet access, and a breakfast/dinner room. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast although the dinner didn't seem very good compared to other Ibis around the country. Our room was very clean, and the blanket provided was similar to a feather blanket, very comfortable! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer because when we asked for one, they were all checked out by the other travelers. The bar offers a nice surrounding, and great coffee and other snacks and beverages. It has a classy/modern feel and has mellow music playing inside and outside all throughout the day. Cons: They do not have a fridge inside your room, the beds are very hard in my opinion, and internet is only availiable downstairs.

“Nice, simple place to stay in Fez”

Nice Hotel, easy to find in the new part of the city. Avoid eating in the restaurant, very boring plain food.

“IBIS Meknes”

The staff there were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good value fresh and lots of variety. There were restaurants in the area by foot or a short ride in a taxi. Also the hotel listed restaurants and things to do in the area. The rooms are not large but it is clean. All in all a very pleasant stay and good value for money

“Okay for a night”

It's a Business Style Hotel, nothing special and your typical Ibis Hotel. The staff spoke little English and as a non Arabic/ French speaker it was at times difficult to communicate. The reception staff weren't as welcoming and friendly as I had expected. The room was very small and basic, but with a nice big shower. The satelitte TV only had 5 viewable Channels, CNN was the only English channel. The breakfast was not included in the rate, however it was good value for money. The pool is great, butit's right next to the restaurant/ bar/ bistro and if you don't mind having hotel guests watching you whilst lying at the poolside or swimming in the water, that's ok. I'm a very private person, and didn't really want people consuming their drinks, food etc next to the pool watching me; which is the reason I didn't use the pool. For one night in Meknes it's ok, as a business hotel it serves its purpose. It lacks character, and as a tourist in Marocco I would have preferred a hotel with more charm and character. Looking back now, I would've stayed in one of the Moroccan hotels instead.
