“Lovely location - friendly staff”

The hotel was clean and well kept, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the lock on our room door which was speedily rectified (in under 10 minutes) and we were then offered a free drink at the bar and free breakfast to compensate! Staff could not have been more customer-focused. The hotel is well located for a quick walk into the town with its many bars and restaurants, and I would definitely recommend it.
