“Great hotel shame about our room”

The hotel was very nice just make sure you opt for a room with a bath, the other rooms looked fantastic - we did have a peek. The breakfast was also far better than expected. It was also in a great location, only 5 mins walk from Rialto and from St Marks. We opted to stay in the room without a bath. Having carefully read the descriptions at the time and believed that as space in Venice was at a premium, baths were in short supply, so a room with a shower, sink and toilet would be fine. However although there was a sink in the room the shower and toilet and sink were the other end of the corridoor. Although we were the only users of this bathroom, we could not sit on the toilet as my chest got in the way of the sink - and it is not that big! Also I would not recommend trying to bend over in the shower! You had to descend into the room via a bolted on set of three steps, oh and mind your head on the ceiling as you open the door and there was not room to swing cat or a suitcase!

“Nice hotel in good location”

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Our room was tiny with the bed almost touching all four walls! Our friends somehow managed to get one nearly twice the size at the same price! Our room was clean though and bed was comfortable enough. We only stayed one night so it was fine. And we didn't spend much time in the room, Bathroom was so small you had to leave to turn around. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast average.
