“courtious staff”

The room was large and comfortable,food was very good and the staff was very friendly and eager to please. It was also refreshing to know that the service did not depend on a tip. In N.Z. ther is no tipping. The common areas were clean and well mentained.

“On the park and not far from the bustle of the city”

Comfortable hotel. Quiet yet near enough to walk to bustling downtown shops, the cathedral, the trolley and theater. We enjoyed our two night stay. Food at the adjacent restaurant was good too. We would go back.
