Quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped. Shower maybe needs an update. AC or heating were effective. Very convenient place if you have a car, but an easy 15 minute walk to businesses on San Pablo. Also easy connection to BART, as the bus stops right on the corner at the Inn.

We stayed for two nights, it was very clean, the water from the shower came out a lot and warm. Although the fwy is next door, you can sleep. And the parking lot was close to our bedroom.

When I called I was told they accept small dogs. I arrived early around 11:00 am. I asked if it would be possible to check in before 3:00 pm. I was told no and at that time the front desk person saw my dog. When 3:00 came, and I was in the process of checking in, that is when he told me dogs were not allowed. Customer service is awful. You get differeng information depending on who you talk to.

I used to stay days here and always came back mostly due to great customer service from the owners cleanliness and comfort wasnt always the best but they took 15$ deposit because of towels missing i knew i shouldnt said something about there only being 3 towels because i didnt think they were petty 😔 the guy at the counter/the owner was rude im very disappointed

Its good hotel good for the price its clean Parking is good but a small lot. The front desk is very friendly and will always work to provide you comfort. It my go to spot when im in the bay visiting family and friends very close to freeway and food also in the next exit.

This place is a dump. Room was really dirty and there’s not even enough water pressure to brush your teeth. And at $85 a night they don’t even have coffee in the morning. I will never stay at an Americas. Best value inn again.
