Nice smaller property, next to freeway & train track. Convenient location. NOT soundproof rooms. Did have elevator which was very convenient. On property parking. I would stay there again

The location was convenient to my visit. On our departure day the water was turned off with out any warning i know sometimes things happens and is out there control. The room has a nice seating area and table but no TV so we ended eating on the bed. And there were no alarm clocks. I guess i am used to staying in hotel s.

Quite the hidden gem when you need a super clean and comfortable stay. If the noise of the highway and train bothers you, don’t risk it. I can sleep through anything and appreciate how clean and comfortable the entire room was. I’ll definitely be back

The property is located between two freeways, which naturally generates a lot of traffic noise. The room which was generally OK, was a bit tired and could use a refurbishment, and the windows were dirty. So I probably will not come back to this property. that said, the free parking under the property and the In-N-Out Burger literally next-door was a convenience that I enjoyed.

Good place to spend the night. Exactly what I expected for the price. I slept well in spite if the freeway noise, which was like white noise. Bed was kind of hard but that was ok. The shower water pressure was super great- loved that. place was clean too.

The bed was very hard, and there was insufficient bedding on it.. The main blanket was as thin as a hand towel. ALSO-it would've been nice to have one of those single cup coffee/tea makers in the room. Other than that, the room was great and the staff was polite.

The hotel location is right under two bridge. Impossible to be able to relax and sleep. l immediately checked out! l was never refunded either by the hotel or expedia! claiming the cancelation is under 24 hours!

It's my favorite place. Some people complain about the place, but come on!! You don't like it, go to Ritz-Carlton or Montage. And be charged 500.00 I love it here.

#302, it appeared that the bed was made after the last rental with out changing the sheets. After pulling the sheets back, approximately 5 hours of being there, we noticed a couple different types of hair on the sheets and 1 small alive spider, even a plastic wrapper of some sort. I killed the spider and we ended up leaving shortly after. Very disappointed stay. Typically we stay 1 or 2 times a month. I didnt report it to the front desk when i left, no one was at the window when i dropped my key in the box. I dont want a refund or anything, may just look for a new place to stay at from now on.

Capistrano staying!
Customer service was great. Clean and quiet. Parking was very comfortable. Buy if your room has windows to street there is all day and night cars noise. Reception was excellent. Thank You!

The roome was neat, but dirty. The surface was dusty, tufts of hair on the floor along witj crumbs and dirt on the floor. The room had an odor, stale like it had been closed up.

This place was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The remote control to the tv only had 1 battery so that you couldn’t even watch tv if you wanted. The noise from the cars in the street over was noticeably loud.

I was very nervous to book this after reading reviews and after a recent stay somewhere else where we had roaches in the room. I'm happy to report that the room was VERY clean! The floors were all laminate flooring or tile and very clean! I did not see a single bug anywhere inside or outside. The jacuzzi tub was spotless. The hot water on the tub came out immediately and it was easy to fill the tub. The shower had the hot/cold reversed so it took us a moment to get it figured out. The shower head was a bit low, I'm 5'5" and barely fit under it. Water pressure in the shower was very low which made rinsing out my hair difficult. The room had a lot of OPEN space, but not usable space. A dresser or some shelves or something would have been nice to store things. The minifridge worked great as did the ice maker. I saw reviews complaining about the train. There are 2 sets of windows which do a great job at blocking the nose. The train did not blow the horn at night and as a result we hardly noticed it. The bed was on a wooden platform with no box spring. The mattress was really my only complaint. It was very uncomfortable and bouncy when my husband would turn over. I did pull the blankets and mattress pad up to check and the mattress itself looked new and clean and free of bugs so we were grateful to see that. Is this an upscale hotel? Absolutely not, but if you're looking for a clean, bug free place to shower and sleep on a budget as we were then its perfect.
