Ok
The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand. Be aware that it's a fair distance from The airport and taxis charge well over €180 one way. Beach was nice though.

pleasnt apartmemts in a good location
Efficient air con and reasonably well equiped and comfortable. Ours was on the ground floor of 10 storeys. Efficient lifts and an excellent well maintained swimming pool both large and a shallow one for children. A short walk to a reasonably priced super market where the practice seemed to be to return with the shopping trolley where they were collected by the supermarket. A 50 euro deposit required for the apartment key. No Safe installed. Washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker and large deepfreeze and fridge. Not many eating establlishments within our area but this was early June and more places seemed to be opening up, A quite spectacular carnival held several nlights a week which enchanted smaller children. A pleasnt outlook from the balcony with the sea to one side and the mountains to the other. Balcony furniture and a large airer supplied. A good supply of towels and a small welcome cleaning packVery little english spoken at this resort. TV supplied but didn't use it. No Wi Fi

Only a few negatives
Clean and modern resort which is obviously popular.with Spanish holiday makers. Brits a minority which made a nice change. Biggest negative was no sun loungers around the pool which to be honest was a first for me. Would happily pay a few € a day than have to lie on hard tiled floor.

Loads of Blocks of high rise apartments
Apartments are fine but there are many, everything is there, shops, bars, restaurants, but there is a grid system and you do have to walk quite a way, depending on where your apartment is. But the big negative is that the pool for each apartment block is very sparse. Concrete floors, no shade, no loungers! No bar, so very very basic. Pool is actually very good but not a pleasant experience lying on hard concrete in direct sunlight!! Very Soanish resort/purpose built town, too big for a village, many attractions for young children, disneyesque rides and shops, shows. Quite surreal. Sea is lovely, again few loungers on the beach, more of a DIY experience, mats, umbrellas etc are needed.

Beautiful hotel & facilities - AWFUL STAFF!!!!!
The hotel and the room was beautiful, however when we arrived at 1:30 in the morning they gave us our key and pointed on a map where to go. It then taken another 40minutes to locate the room thanks to the ill advised map and directions, to then discover the key did not fit. We complained and they then gave us another key to a different apartment, we ask for a member of staff to show us the way and they refused stating only one person was on the reception. Luckily the key fit and the room was beautiful and clean. The facilities and meals were again fantastic. Great location for small children. However, the key issue letting this hotel down is the fact that the 'majority' of the staff are rude, unhelpful and completely miserable to be around. We frankly got sick of complaining, our room had not been cleaned for four days, we had to search for the restaurant where the breakfast/evening meal was being delivered because the receptionist did not know this??? also when ordering taxi we struggled with the language barrier we explained this 'again' to the recepetionist and he bluntly replied he could not and would not help us. All in all beautiful location, beautiful food and excellent facilities. The main issue is the STAFF they are beyond rude and quite frankly ruin this beautiful hotel and surroundings.

La playa no está arreglada, no han cubierto de tierra y tiene piedras en la zona. El apartamento, estaba un poco sucio (Telarañas) y el jacuzzi no funcionaba. La zona está a falta de un poco de mantenimiento.
