Hotel is excellent, wine hour and night cap hour is brilliant. Hotel is a little way out from main areas but the walk is good or it’s near the metro. Would recommend staying here.

Loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and includes bottomless prosecco. The hotel offers a wine hour between 5 and 6 where you can enjoy free white or red wine which was amazing plus an hour between 10 & 11 where you can enjoy night caps for free which include premium spirits such as diplomatico rum.

A mainly enjoyable stay at a rather hit and miss hotel. The good points. Excellent public spaces. Big bar. Free cocktail hour. Excellent breakfasts and friendly staff. Bad points. Room we stayed in was distinctly average and bathroom was tired. Two bottles of shampoo/shower gel and minute bar of soap were provided. Pillows oddly uncomfortable. TV very small and carpet was a bit grubby. Most rooms face the road which is noisy so either pay extra for inner rooms or take ear plugs. The plus points outweighed the negatives overall and the staff were faultless

Had a really enjoyable stay here. Room was very spacious, bit of a socket shortage and the bathroom a bit tired, but very clean, quiet and the most comfy of beds ever. 5 min walk from metro, and for Borgen fans its across the road from where Birgitte lives in S4 and a few mins walk from Tjili Pop bar - also in S4. What more could you want :)

The property is in a great location near many nice spots. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a nice open patio in the back were you can have drinks, and smoke cigars. I feel the only thing is the rooms were very outdated. Overall, the hotel is like a 3.5-4 star.

The hotel itself is cute. However the rooms were not. Old carpet was gross. No AC so had to have windows open. It’s on an extremely busy noisy street so did not sleep.

Below average hotel in Copenhagen
Must be the first hotel i've stayed in the past two years out of 20, which didn't have a fridge or complimentary toothpaste. Also the first place someone made a face to me as i complained. Toilet water flow bad, room service only one day of four, so i'm a little baffled. The lobby and breakfast is amazing.

Pros: close to work. The bar, breakfast area and the outside lounge are lovely. Coffee and staff. Cons: room looked nothing like the photos on the site. Room was very dated and needed a lick of paint, head of the bed was pushed against the window, wasnt very comfortable trying to sleep under a draft and the noise from the road. Breakfast, no hot food apart from scrambled or boiled egg's, and for the price of breakfast i expected to be able eat more than muesli for a week. When the bathroom taps were turned on a horrible smell would come from the pipes. No tea/coffee facilities in the room

Had a very pleasant stay and would recommend! The staff were friendly and breakfast very nice. The room I got was spacious, clean and quiet. Better value than many hotels of similar price range I've stayed at in Copenhagen.

Wasn’t as expected but still nice place
The surface of room wasn’t as announced 23 to 25 sqm, the real surface is 20 sqm which is a big difference, for the rest the staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable.

Great property and location. Excellent staff. The cleaning of rooms could be much better . There is no onsite food service other than breakfast. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Not what its made out to be
Disappointed. Was given a poor room that was old and shabby. Bathroom very old and dark. Pictures on hotel.com are outdated and nothing like the hotel now. Very misleading and sneaky. Staff not very welcoming or helpful. Location a bit of a walk to be classed as central. Wouldnt stay again.

Tired hotel except for lobby and breakfast areas
The rooms are very tired (old) and not well equipped. Ex: no extra plugs near bed table. Can hear all noises from the corridor and other rooms. There is old carpet all over. The breakfast is however very delicious!

Not impressed
Smelt like sewage in the corridor, extremely loud radiator = no sleep. They didn't have any alternate rooms. Weird placing of the bed mid room, no head rest.

The fire alarm went off late at night. We should not have been charged anything for the stay, because the fault was entirely on the the hotel.

A beautiful and reasonably priced boutique-style hotel in Frederiksberg/Copenhagen, 5 minutes from the nearest Metro station and about 10-15 minutes walk into Rådhuspladsen (City Hall Square). Gorgeous interior décor and atmosphere, great little bar and back-garden for an evening drink to relax. Very much recommended.

Great breakfast, great value
Fantastic for the breakfast buffet alone! Our family had a breakfast-inclusive junior suite for a week and loved the delicious and filling fresh croissants, breads, cereals, eggs, fruits, juices, mimosas, coffees, and so on and so on every morning! Our room was comfortable and pleasant, and the location worked great for explorations all around the city. The front-desk and breakfast staff was very kind (and understanding of our sometimes “vocal” 1-year-old). We thought this hotel was a great experience and a great value in a very expensive city.
