Was great except when booking I called to confirm the booking and was told that we could check in at 11, and then when we was already almost there I got a call from there by someone different then whom told me I could check in at 11 saying we couldn’t check in until 2 there was no way the room would be ready at earlier than that. So staff need to communicate better

Thank you for completing your post-stay survey. We had an unexpected amount of guests this weekend. At booking, it was determinable that you could check in at 11:00 a.m.; however the turn of events rendered a different result. I sincerely apologize for that. The correct response would have been..."if the room is available, you may check-in. However it turns on when the housekeepers get to clean the room if occupied prior to your arrival."Thank you for letting me know. I will alert my front desk and we should not guarantee ANY check-ins prior to 2:00 PM

The bed was quite comfortable and the bed scarves a good idea. The jacuzzi was fun. But the area around the jacuzzi was badly lit; in fact the whole suite was shadowy no matter how many lights we turned on. The continental breakfast was sub-par. The scrambled eggs were dry and there was no butter for toast. Half your blue outside lights flickered. And please, put in some USB ports. It's the 21st Century.

The appearance in general was nice. The lady that checked us in was great! The commode handle would hang, though, when flushed. The bed squeaked when you sat on it, which was annoying to sleep on. Plus, the breakfast wasn't very good at all. Hardly anything to choose from.

We currently have USB ports in the room(s). The are located near the lamp(s) on the nightstand. Many of our guests no longer require USB ports and therefore they are not as visible.We do have a remodel scheduled for summer '24 and I hope you will stop through mid fall.Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your direct feedback.

Room was not what I booked, so that made things very difficult for 4 people staying in a king size bed that was supposed to be a king suite with a pull out bed. Office said that it was the correct room but it was just a sofa area instead of a pull out bed !!! Breakfast was okay except for at 7:00 we were informed that they were out of coffee and they were not very nice about it! I would not recommend staying here at all! Terrible customer service and experience

Booked two room that were wheelchair accesible and they only honored one on ground floor and had a hard time finding the reservations. Also as soon as we opened the door to the ground floor room there were roaches. The rooms has updated features but could not get pass seeing the roaches.

Thank you for your feedback. Because you booked through a third party, it is often a time-delay before the reservation reaches our desks. Reservations flow directly through our system, but third party reservations uses a different time-line.We use ORKIN for our pest control and will be glad to check your room for any variances in that department. We take pride in providing fresh, clean rooms for our guests and if roaches are a problem, we would defiantly want to know that. Thank you for your comments.

My relatives were 85,87, 89 i booked through expedia called property requested 1st floor tyey assured me they would have them downstairs that was a lie Rose assured me they would be moved after the first night thst was also a lie they checked oit 1 day early because they could not tolerate the STAIRS EXPEDIA WOULD NOT GIVE REFUND FIR THE LAST NIGHT!

Since your reservation was through a Third Party, i.e., Expedia, we are unable to issue a refund. The refund must be administered through your booking agent, which in this case was Expedia. After discussing with you, Expedia will contact us to discuss the matter and we will issue the refund to them.

Well the people the reservation was for are 80 years old and above i requested downstairs for them when we arrived we were instructed no downstairs so these 3 people are on walkers and canes it was a job getting them up and down no ekevatores this trip eas a disaster Rose promised after the firdt night they would be moved that was a lie no rooms available downstairs they checked out monday i an waiting on my refund for 1 night because they checked out a day early!

Everything was great except the floor needed to be mopped. The floor seems to be vacuumed, but the bottom of my feet was very dirty. So I suggest they mop the floor when they clean the room.

WORST Hotel Experience
Unfortunately, our room was disgusting. There were stains all over the chair, there was dried rice and other food on the carpet, stains on the bathroom floor, and the handles of the drawers were sticky and looked like they had never been cleaned. Our fridge and air conditioning both leaked water all over the floor and the TV channel guide was totally wrong. We had to manually go through every channel and make our own guide. Multiple times throughout our stay, numerous housekeeping staff opened our door and tried to come into the room (WITHOUT KNOCKING) while we were still sleeping and even changing in the room. We never received the privacy door hanger and despite housekeeping continually opening our door and trying to enter the room, nothing was ever cleaned. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing and uncomfortable visit. Definitely do NOT recommend and will not be staying here again.

Thank you for your review. I do understand from your comments that you were not satisfied with the room at the Best Western Airport Inn. Well, I do apologize that it did not meet your standards. I must say that we are in the process of starting renovations at this property. All of our guest rooms will be updated by the end of the Summer and I personally am on property to oversee these renovations. It has been a little challenging finding contractors that will take on this project, but I have narrowed it down and hopefully will be ready to start by the 2nd week in May. Thanks for the review and we look forward to meeting your expectations in the very near future.
