We had several rooms. The first would not open. The second had a dirty floor and 2 guests next door who were playing loud music with the door open. The third room had a dirty bathtub with a pubic hair in it. The air conditioning in 2 rooms we did get into was very humid. Staff was helpful in switching rooms, but as storm refugees we were too exhausted and just settled on third room. Breakfast had good sausage. But rooms were horrible for $125 per night.

The room was very dirty. The floors were disgusting the countertop in the bathroom area still had someone’s hair shaving on it.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The bed was broken, the toilet was old and didn’t flush properly, the breakfast had no juice and only a few selections of not very good food.

The breakfast was horrible the beds weren't comfortable, and the room wasn't cleaned very well there was mold in the bathroom this place is not worth what they charge.

We stayed here during mardi gras and it was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from.

when you walk in the room, you immediately got an unpleasant smell. The bed did not appear to have been changed from the last person that stayed there, I only had one day of shampoo & conditioner, no refill on the second day of coffee. Overall, an unpleasant stay.

The first room we went to was dirty. It was obvious the floor had not been washed in a very long time - lots of dirt, dust and sticky substance near bed. The TV did not work. The bathroom floor and walls were dirty, and again it was obvious they had not been clean for a long time. We requested a change of room because the TV did not work. The other room we stayed in was also dirty and obviously not cleaned (floors, wall areas, etc. were filthy). Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast was a disappointment. The yogurt machine was not working, only one type of cereal, but showed more than one choice, same with the juice machine - some were just water not juice. Overall, it just seemed like management and the workers did not care to provide customers with a good experience. We will never book this hotel again!

Check in was fine. This morning when we went for breakfast at 6 am There was no hot water for tea, no sugar. There was dried coffee over the floor near to the waste basket in tge dining room. Almost all 3 cereal containers were empty; there were no spoons! Very disappointed since last visit , it has deteriorated in terms of breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

Friday night horror
The hotel is very run down. First room felt like Goldy locks someone was still using that room.Room 2 water all over the floor nothing like walking into a room and getting your shoes all wet. Room 3 very noisy neighbors. Will never stay there again Best Western should be ashame fir having their name attached to this hotel.

The room was not clean at all. I’m not sure the floors have been mopped. Ever. I stayed for 2 nights and on the second day, both room keys stopped working. No one was at the front desk, no one answered repeated calls to the front desk. I had to find a staff member and she couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. So someone had to unlock my door. I never was able to get anyone to reactivate my room keys. Also very unsanitary breakfast room. I won’t be staying here again.

Very clean rooms with amazing ac units, vending machines with several options (accepting card or cash), well stocked and wonderful staff as well. Only downfall was other guests outside in the parking lot being a little loud but nothing extreme. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location!

When we entered the room there was a smell my son smelled first. I entered next and thought it was coming from the shoes he took off. The next day he was not there but the smell was. The shower was molded. So much so that when I did take a shower some got on my wash cloth when I rested on the hand rail in the shower. There was dust all over and mold on a pillow. The bed cover under the sheets had a huge yellow stain on it. White splatters on the head board. Drippings of something on a picture. The ironing board legs were caked in dust and dirt.

This property is just old. When I walked into the room it was like walking back in time. The mattress had squeaky springs, The beading on the leather chair was peeling and cracked from use. The furniture was out of the 60's The room was clean and smelled great no issues there.

The tub was disgusting and they had dead roaches every where. On top of that the sheets where very stained. And it smelt like roach spray. The only thing that was great was the service desk.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Our recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we entered the room, we were appalled by its uncleanliness. There was poop on the walls, body hair in the shower, and dirty towels hanging over the towel rod. In the first room, the sink wouldn't drain, and in the second room, the situation was no better. Both bathrooms had mold in the ceilings, and it was evident that they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Ants were everywhere, making the experience even worse. After enduring just one night of this unacceptable condition, we decided to check out early, hoping to find a more suitable accommodation elsewhere. However, to our dismay, the hotel refused to refund our second night. The manager mentioned giving them a chance to make it right, but considering the appalling state of the rooms, we had no confidence that any improvement would be made. The shower was so filthy that we had to place towels on the floor to even use it. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance has left a lasting negative impression on us.

I will never go to this Hotel again. In fact, a fight broke out right outside my door. I called front desk to call Police. I ended up leaving that evening to go elsewhere.

The Wi-Fi was terrible had to move rooms so I could work on my laptop, air conditioner squealed all night and the light in my bathroom did not work! The floors were no clean and the whole lobby smelled like a restaurant kitchen strongly! Bad experience all the way around!
