post hurricane Katrina several years ago we moved to another city but had to return home for a funeral. Our stay here certainly lightened our load. All of your staff was very friendly and accommodating especially a gentleman by the name of Mr. Gary. We will be returning very soon! Thank You once again!

Overall decent for the price.
Overall this hotel is good for what you pay. It is clean and comfortable but nothing over the top. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The only issues I had was the hairdryer was broken and they couldn't get me a replacement so I had to go to an event with wet hair. Staff were friendly.

Staffs were not very friendly. They appear passive and reluctant to help customers. Room sound Insulation (noise proof) is poor. I was disturbed by the upper floor. Rooms avalability was so limited.

Overall the stay was okay because i didnt spend much time in the room. But a few things i would say are that the room had carpetting that was filthy - i walked without socks for a coulple hours and my feet were black! There were stains on the curtains and duvet as well. Even though their breakfast timings for the weekends were till 10 - they ran out of a lot of things by 9 and don't replenish. The staff was very friendly though.

When I arrived at the hotel I was early. The lady behind the desk was on her phone and seemed bothered by me interrupting her for an early check. We left and when we returned closer to check in time she was still sitting away from the desk area and of course on her phone. A gentleman came to the desk to help me and the lady walked out the door still on her cellphone. While we were waiting we noticed a man had returned several time’s parking in front of the hotel under the covered entrance drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. The curtains in the room were burned and needed to be replaced. The price for this hotel should be lowered.

The only real complaint I have about this property is the height of the toilet. It was far too low for senior citizens.

Stayed with a large group of people. Multiple a/c units were not working in room's. Refrigerators were not working. No towles in any of our rooms. Ran out of Multiple breakfast items that kids would eat. Door to get in from the pool wouldnt open from outside

NOLA Best Western Plus
Room had a mildew order. Trash from guest room wasn't collected daily. Elevator broke on Saturday, July 21, 2023. Mis- communication regarding cleaning services. Cleaning staff difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. Friendy front desk service. Breakfast staff on weekdays very friendly and approachable.
