Bonnie is amazing. There was a issue with the door but once notified she placed me in a new room immediately and notified maintenace. The property itself is extremely well maintained.

Natara, if you made your reservation through Expedia you have to contact them for a refund and not the hotel. We apologize for your inconvenience.
The property was hazardous and dangerous. The elevator was out of order with no sign on it. One guest got stuck in it for over 15 minutes. The stair railing on the walls was loose. The hot tub was dirty. The water was warm and the Jets were out of order. The pool was ice cold. The pillows in the room were half the size of a twin pillow. One of the drawers in the room kept opening, automatically creating a tripping and injury hazard. The ramp from the parking lot to the stairs had a crack and large bump in it, painted the same dark gray as the ramp, creating another tripping hazard. The frame under the bed stuck out far enough to bruise my shin. The young girl at the front desk was cussing a blue streak. The place is a very sketchy dive hotel. I do not recommend.

When you're taking a shower the water flowing up to the bathroom sink and toilet floor. We need to.use the Hotel towel to.dry the floor because it's slippery. The pillows are small and the fridge is doesn't get that cold even though the temperature is in highest temperature.

Someone knocked our door. Someone wearing hoodie at the door! I tried to call the front-desk. Room phone was dead! I called them with my cell, she didn't notice anything on security camera and told us, work order is created! Too much emergency sirens noise all night! Will never go back!

This was the worst stay ever! We frequent Best western often for a couples weekend away when we dont have our children. This jotel was bad, the smoke alarm kept going off saying "danger, Carben monoxide leak, fire" I called the front and rhey refused to reimburse me, the ladies were very rude
