The property is beautiful. Great food options on property. Both pools were clean and updated. Great for couples and families. Would recommend it to everyone.

$20 breakfast voucher through Expedia was conditioned on spending $50. Breakfast buffet was $20 per person. So you’d need to purchase 3 breakfast buffets to use the $20 voucher. Not exactly $20 from VIP promised through Expedia. Service is poor; staff poorly trained.

The front desk check in was easy. Jeremi was especially helpful and hands down the most welcoming hotel employee I’ve encountered in several years. I truly appreciated how cheerful and detailed Jeremi was.

I'm speaking for two separate couples on the same reservation. All 4 of us loved our room except for one item of concern for each of us. The couple who had a room on the first floor were located by the pool and outdoor game area and felt it was too noisy until about 10:00 pm. Room that was on third floor was great but had no safety bars in the shower. The facility is beautiful!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and competent. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were good areas around the property for us to walk (and clean up after) our dog. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the food was great.

Our room was small for the price we paid, but hey, this was the Grand Canyon and hotels are higher priced there. Also our room was next tot the exit door and one entire wall was windows right next to the exterior walkway leading to the entry/exit door--the noise wasn't too bad though.

Upon checking in the first time the toilet was flushed causing it overflowed & flooded the bathroom, took over 4 hours to remedy. After returning from the first day's trip the refrigerator had stopped working and all the food & drink had spoiled. The next morning the coffee maker broke. A beautiful facility but nothing worked?

We loved the nightly s’mores, the indoor pool, the lawn games and the location. Our room was clean and spacious. The lobby was nice. The gift shop had nice gifts to choose from and snack items. The bowling alley looked fun and we were given a $5 arcade card. This is a great place for families because of the amenities. My daughter said it was her favorite hotel ever. I would stay here again.

I really liked the Squire and would stay again. Great place for families. The cons were that the beds were just ok and they were short staffed while we were there. On the pros side...staff was amazing, 2 places onsite to eat, a pool, arcade and very clean.

The outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs that were all working (versus places that advertise and then are not working) were amazing and provided great fun and relaxation after walking around the Grand Canyon. The ping pong and yard games as well as arcade were also great diversions. The location, a mile from the park entrance was also fantastic. We went to the park early and missed the huge backups of the line of those that had to drive in. The restaurant food was exceptional, and overall the resort was less pricey in every way than the other resort across the street. Thanks for a great stay!!

The only thing this property had going for it was the location. The staff that we encountered starting from checkin treated us like an inconvenience and were just barely contained outright rudeness. The room was clean, but the buildings were old and probably the noisiest hotel i have ever been in, it was like there were no doors you could hear every person walk by, cough, etc. and with walls/doors/windows being so old and thin was not a great combination being right by the airport/helipad. In the mornings as soon as anyone moved you were not getting any sleep after that. Our family vacation to the grand canyon would have been wonderful had we chosen somewhere else to stay

Property is decent but showers don’t drain well. It’s a 5 minute drive from the canyon and the rooms are well kept but they didn’t have our long bed room available that we booked and ended up in a small room with a queen bed. They stay very busy as there really are few options in the area.

Overpriced mediocrity is all I can say about this property. The rooms are somewhat dated and the service from check in to the restaurants was terrible. The cherry on the top was the undisclosed resort fee which they tag on your bill at the end. I would avoid this place, you can probably do better for your money.

This hurts! I am sincerely sorry about failing to impress you. We love to wow our guests. We disclose our resort fee at the time of booking, but understand it is easy to miss. The location was great and everything was fine for our vacation to the Grand Canyon. My only complaint was that I was hit with a surprise "resort fee" of $25 per night because I booked through Expedia. Also, the tissues provided in the rooms were the worst tissues I've ever seen in my life. They were like literal sandpaper.

Just lovely. The location was fantastic. Included breakfast was so helpful with children and the views from the main lobby breakfast were stunning. Would absolutely recommend this if you are visiting Zion!
