What a great hotel in a great location! But even better is how great the staff was to my family who arrived very early in the morning of check in. They were able to drop their bags off and when they returned that evening, everything was in the room waiting along with a nice note. Also appreciate that the manager reached out by email day prior to ask if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff and hotel great location with China town just across the road lots of theaters pubs and restaurants, soho also couple of mins town the round. Staff were amazing when we arrived over 1 hour early are room was ready for us so checked in early, we were shown to are room and we were also upgraded to a club room but also had a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for my wifes 40th we only mentioned it was her birthday when making the booking! Can't believe they remembered and dine that for her very thoughtful from the staff!!! Also kept are bags safe when we booked out and went to do more sightseeing for the day. We will definitely be staying again!!! Thank you to all the staff!

Wonderful location, in the heart of everything and walkable to night life, restaurants, china town, theatres and everything else. Hotel is well staffed and all the employees were wonderful. Rooms in London overall are small, but this hotel designed the rooms and bathrooms to feel spacious. Only issue we had was the Wi-fi did not work in our room and the phone did not work so had to keep going to front desk to request stuff.

This is a five star review not because the Piccadilly London West End is Claridges or the Dorchester, but because the Piccadilly London West End was immaculately kept and, if LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION mean anything to you, the location is amazing. The hotel is right in the heart of London's West End, three blocks from Piccadilly Circus, one block from Chinatown, and in the heart of Soho with all the wonderful Soho Bars and restaurants in the blocks DIRECTLY behind the hotel, along with West End Theatres. Furthermore, the price was great (via Expedia) and although the room I selected was very small (which I knew going in so I'm not complaining about it), but despite being a small room every surface in the room was new, clean, and even the carpet was new. The hotel is very well maintained. And my room had fresh fruit. The mattress was excellent and the mattress and bed lines were top of the line. Although I think most rooms have windows, mine didn't (hence---it was very quiet!). Walking out of the hotel there was no need to take an Uber or a taxi to leave for an interesting restaurant or bar as I had hundreds of choices within blocks. And if I wanted the Tube, Piccadilly Circus was just blocks away. The front desk staff was very nice and always smiling and there were even newspapers in the lobby. Although I didn't have the buffet breakfast in the small ground level restaurant (not in a basement like some hotels), it looked good and included smoked salmon (whic

This is a really great boutique hotel. It is in an older style building so the rooms are not large. However, they are well equipped and the position is excellent - two minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus. What makes this little place exceptional is the staff. They are truly fantastic and very helpful. Anything we asked for was provided with a smile. They even gave us a Christmas stocking on Christmas Day! One small tip. If you are a person 'of size' you should probably ask for an accessible room. The opening to the shower in our room was quite a tight fit. The shower was fine and a good size was I got in!

Nice hotel in a superb location.
This hotel has wonderful attentive staff, the rooms are a little small but fine for a couples overnight stay. Everything else was modern and clean but the serious downfall was the small bed which was unacceptable and resulted in a very poor nights sleep. Bed sizes were not quoted in the website.

To start with, the pictures on Expedia are very deceptive. they are not from this property, they are from the Piccadilly, not the Piccadilly on the west end. The room was small and had a lot wrong with it. The toilet would not stop running, the shower stall had a loud squeaky door, and the light switches were strange, and you had to cycle through a lot to get the setting you wanted. The staff was very rude. I was told when I checked in that the fitness center was open 24 X7 and the desk would open it whenever you needed. The first time I asked I was told, no it is only open from 6am-9pm. The housekeeping was not good. They came in without asking after I specifically asked them not to, and to leave towels and toilet paper at the door because my daughter was sick. The maid walked in on her in the bathroom. I never did get the towels or toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and ask repeatedly. The location is great, but the lobby is small, cramped, and the elevator is slow and very loud and lurches. I feel like this was a bait and switch. Expedia offered this as part of a package with my flight, which is the only reason I booked it. I was very much mislead by the hotel and by Expedia. Do not stay here!

My wife & I are 68 and 65 year old Americans. We stayed in a Club Room with Continental Breakfast for 6 nights. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality with choices of eggs, meats, cereals, fruit, bread/pastries. Our room was ready early which allowed for check-in several hours in advance of the stated 2pm check-in. There was a fruit basket and complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel is centrally located allowing you to walk to many locations (theater, shopping, British Museum, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, etc.) The closest that I have to a complaint is that there is no grab bar in the shower. It was a very big step in and out of the tub to bathe. My wife (5'2") and I (5'10") both had to hold onto the door jam of the bathroom to be sure that we exited safely. Younger guests probably won't have the same concern, but adding a grab bar should be considered.

Breakfast chaotic !
Hotrl itself is fine ...clean etc, but Breakfast was chaotic with no where near enough room which meant we had to collect our breakfast items and carry them down one floor to another, larger, restaurant ...why wasnt breakfast served there in the first place ??...seems it was geared more to convenience for the hotel rather than service to customers ...very poor.

Great position for west end shows. Main areas were clean and well kept. Room itself was very tired with wallpaper peeling off and bathroom floor tiles cracked. For the cost I would have expected the rooms to be in tip top condition.

Staff were great at check-in and check-out. Unfortunately we had a bad sleep as there is a light in the room by the door that does not turn off, staff advises us that it is always on so that you can see the door for fire escape. The room was not very large and the light being on the whole night kept us awake.

This is my second stay at The Piccadilly. It is a nice hotel within walking distance to main attractions, such as Leicester Square and Soho. Lots of restaurants and bars around, and great atmosphere - especially over the weekend. The rooms are clean and inclusion of free water and fruit is a nice touch! My only complaint with this stay is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable - two singles pushed together (I was travelling with my partner so this wasn’t ideal!) and ended up with back ache after three nights due to low quality of mattress. One of most important things in a hotel stay - it would be good if the hotel invested in new mattresses, I would give it a five star review then :) Otherwise all good!

A lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff. However I think there may be a problem with the air conditioning in the room as there was dust covering every surface upon our arrival.
