Really nice. shower gel in the bath wasnt refilled but not a big deal. Faint smell near toilet but not too bad. overall good. will definitely come back.

Night away
Decided to go away for the night, picked this motel because it is close to everything, plus you can get a good buffet breakfast down at the metropole on gang gang st for $15 bargain. Good size room with spa bath, but some of the jets were not working, plus the size of the room you get a little tv,the place is also quiet, have stayed once before.

Reception closed at 5 pm, and most of the lights did not work in the room. The bedside lamp did not work. Will never stay there again. I was put in an upstairs room that was difficult for me to navigate the stairs. No lift.

Charming property; great location on the Main Street, close to cafes, groceries, stores, and 20 min walk from echo point (5 min by bus). Super friendly staff, room with kitchenette, very convenient. On site parking too.

motel offered a clean room. comfortable bed. and hot shower with excellent water pressure at a good price..only downside on my room was that the room door did not lock behind me and i had to use the key to lock it.

Great location!
Great location budget motel in centre of Katoomba. Close to all shops and attractions. Chip wrapper under bed, so obviously cleaning not thorough. Noise comes throught from other rooms.

Great place to stay and really happy with the owners who had preserved the heritage character of the property which is excellent. If the rooms have blackout curtains as well as door seals would be great as was woken up earlier than planned due to the light leaking through the curtains and the front door. Was a lovely room with great staff, great location. Only one issue is the curtains didn’t block out the street lights which were on all night and made the room really bright.

Friendly staff and everything was at walking distance. The 3 sisters lookout was at the end of the street and was spectacular. It was a nice surprise to find a bible in the bedside table. Good tips from motel staff where to eat.

And you forgot to give me extra shampoo and conditioner, and there was two broken tiles in the bathroom that need to be fixed And it took a very long time to get hot water in the sink when we did our washing up that needs to be fixed to

Older style place but very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Could do with some better curtains as the blinds let a huge amount of light into the kitchenenette area which made it difficult to sleep
