“Very spacious and clean”

The room was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for the short time I was there. I would book there again.

“Great plane to stay to sleep”

I was looking for a CHEAP but clean room. That is what we got with plenty of room and better conditions than expected. I had trouble turning the knob for hot water and the manager came right away. I will stay there again. It was wonderful for the price. Mary Ann

“green river alternative”

Moab hotels were either full or too expensive. Found this reasonable hotel in Green river which was perfectly adequate. There was a pool, TV worked, bathrooms were clean and the bed comfortable. There were no services, not even a Coke machine. But the price was right: The owner was friendly and I felt welcome. All facilities sch as restaurants were within walking distance. And the place was very quiet. It's not a luxury hotel or the Taj Mahal. But for me it was just what the doctor ordered.

“Cheap but decent”

I don't know where to start with this motel. The motel consists of two sections, the closed old section where the registration is, and the newer building to the side of the old one, which is the one where they actually use the rooms. The old section is shut down and has a pool in front of it that is drained and falling apart, not exactly pleasing to the eye. But once we got to our room in the other building, we found that the room actually wasn't bad. It was clean and everything worked. I think this place would be a lot better if they just bulldozed the old building and filled in the pool and planted grass over it.

“Quiet Location”

Hotel located in very peacefull and quiet location with a good neighborhood. Rooms are very big, however furniture needs to be updated.

The room was dusty and dry, but there is a microwave oven. Large and internet access.

“It probably was the best hotel in town 50 years ago!”

Everything was clean and neat- but OLD. Large room with 2 kingsize beds, table, etc. There is an outdoor pool- but no water. Grounds not kept up. No ice. Had small microwave and refrigerator- but not plugged in so not cold.

“Updates needed”

The hotel is old. The carpet was dirty, the room roof was sagging from water damage. The bathroom had mold. The beds were clean and the location is nice. You get what you pay for with this hotel, it is cheap.

“Not Impressed”

Office was dirty & unkempt. Help were not organized. First room needed a new toilet seat. They did not have one, but did move us to another room. This room was OK. A big room, and it served the purpose to sleep & shower. This motel is very old and has lived through time & neglect.

Facility was an old run down motel that has had some minor updates. Smells from cleaning chemicals was overwhelming.
