I love this neighborhood and this small boutique luxury hotel. it is located a few books from the downtown area. There as an Ecobici station around the corner. The hotel does not have a bar or a restaurant, but I didn't mind because downtown is so close. It can be a bit loud on the first floor but I have no complaints.

Not what I was expecting. ;(
Not impress with this hotel. I was expecting more, definitely not what I was expecting. Breakfast was included but it was not special, “breakfast area” was a little hallway...my room was on the ground level, in front of the reception and I was able to hear everything!!!

The staff was very helpful upon checkin and even after I left. When I arrived I needed to print some color documents for a meeting the next day, and they helped me find a local printer that I could walk to. Then, upon checkout, I left my iPad in the hotel room and realized it while I was at the airport. I contacted them and they had the iPad and worked with me to return it via FEDEX. It was a great experience, and the room was very nice and quiet. The location is very safe and clean. Many restaurants in walking distance.

hotel very good located
good looking, with room that has little closets space, the bed are a little hard . Not what we expected. we reserve for 4 nights and after the first day we decided to move to another hotel and 2 nights were only charge.

Nice small hôtel walking distance polanco
Nice but no windows if you take standard room. Noisy as i could hear the neighbours and reception phone ringing. Orher than that very nice staff.

Hotel has a nightclub on the roof Wednesday through Saturday thumping until 2-2:30 am. Impossible to sleep as it is a small building and whole building shook . Rooms were dark, entirely indoors with no windows, poor lighting in rooms. While overall it was clean and staff was friendly, this hotel is not business traveler friendly. No gym. Microwave breakfast. No tea or coffee in room. Loud all night. If you are looking for a place to party and roll into a dark room and sleep away the day, it might be great for you

Walking distance to busy restaurant area; nice and cozy to stay at while on business. Breakfast is served at your own room at no extra cost except if you want to asd some eggs.

Hotel would be great if they didn't have a disco tech on the roof that blasted music until 2am- our room literally seemed like we were in the club itself. Not too big of a deal if we weren't traveling with our four year old and one year old daughters. The only thing the hotel offered was to put us in a smaller, less attractive room further from the noise. Essentially they offered us a downgraded room and nothing else for the hassle. The only reason we stayed was for the suite that we had chosen, not some blah normal room.

I had the luck to stay at hotel Busue from Sunday to Wed and it was perfect. The room was a great size, amenities were perfect, the shower, the bed, the service. Greatly located walking distance from many places I usually go to in Mexico.

Hotel is at very nice location. Very modern classic design and I really liked the atmosphere. Hotel staff members are very kindly. However, night club is located right next to the hotel. I stayed at third floor and I could not sleep at all due to very noisy music all night. Hotel switched my room with the one in grand floor. It was much better than third floor...

Great location, not good to go to bed early!
Warning! There is a bar at the top of this hotel, so it can be really loud at night (it closes at 2AM). We arrived after 2AM to our room anyway, so we were coop with it, but if you are planning to rest before that time, forget it: you can hear the music from your room. The best part was breakfast in bed (for free!). Rooms were great, and location unbeatable!

Fantastic Hotel in Polanco
LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel. It was a beautiful, small hotel situated one Street off of the best restaurants and bars in the city. It is literally 100 steps to a lovely park. The location could not be better. The rooms are gorgeous, with an old style colonial feel. Great decoration and overall feel. STAY HERE!!!

Great location and beautiful boutique hotel
Comfortable beds, great decorations and ample space were some of my favorite features of this hotel. The location is ideal for walking to great restaurants and bars in Polanco, and it's not too far from the downtown area if you want to take a cab. The only thing that I really didn't like was the loud music from the club which is located above the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this hotel may not be for you.

Night club upstairs = NO SLEEP EVER
Stayed in Nov. for our honeymoon. There is a night club on the roof of the hotel and you can hear it from every room every single night until the break of dawn. Little to no sleep every night. We were moved 3 times to different floors. They really did try to make us happy by offering us a bottle of wine the first night but it was a huge mistake to allow that nightclub to move in. The bottom floor you can hear everything in the lobby. But it had the best bathroom. It also has an open window that cannot close to the outside where cars pass and people hangout. It is the Loudest room in the hotel. The other 2 bathrooms the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor and you could hear the bumping music of the club each night. The wifi is terrible all over the hotel. The breakfast is not good and overpriced. I suggest to terminate that nightclub, fix shower flooring, and soundproofing. Customer satisfaction was important to the manager as he gave us most of our money back but until some major changes happen, I don't know how the hotel will make it.

Cute boutique hotel in great location
Hotel is nice. Well kept. Staff is great very helpful. Internet was spotty. Almost no Englush language television stations. Restaurant/bar is very nice although wait staff speaks little English. Got by fine.

Awesome Hotel in Polanco
I stayed two nights while on a business trip. This place is a 3 minute walk from the main hotel drag (Hyatt, W...). The hotel, room, staff, restaurant all are outstanding. I ate dinner in the restaurant on the second of my two nights, but I wish I'd eaten there both nights. Great atmosphere. Skip the chains, do yourself a favor, stay at Busue.

The room is comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice. They serve a standard regular breakfast at their restaurant but it is slow, for one of the 3 days I stayed there, it took about 15 minutes to get it, and there was only 3 customers.

My parents had nothing but great things to says about this hotel and it's staff. My mother was ill for past of their vacation and my father had an international Conference call. The staff went out if their way to take care of them both. Great location, good breakfast, large room, extraordinary service. Very cheap for quality

Don't book a room at the entrance level!
At the check-in i got a room a the street level behind the reception desk close to an hotel workers room. Since I was able to hear all conversations coming from the adjacent room and the reception, i asked to change the room. The other room #1 was still at the entrance level with a big window overlooked the parking street basically the car was at 3 feet from the window, the impression was to sleep in the street with people walking by. The receptionist, after checking with her manager told me that the day after they would give me a room at the first or other floors. The day after coming back at the hotel i found out that my room hasn't changed because the hotel was fully booked. The team and the manager are really unprofessional. If you book here ask for room at the first or other floors but certainly not at the entrance + reception + sidewalk + parking + car!

Only the reception staff spoke English - which made communication with the rooftop restaurant staff difficult/impossible. Also, for $150/night you should get a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast consisting of toast, fruit slices and yogurt. Just sayin'. My room was tastefully and beautifully appointed, with a waterfall outside. However, I was in room 5 which is on the bottom floor and near the staff changing room which meant that there was some loud talk late at night outside my door. The receptionists were wonderful, though, helpful and accommodating.

Boutique luxury Mexico City hotel rooms exceeded my expectations on every level. Quiet and roomy--with three sets of windows to allow the cool air in, abstract colorful art on walls, heavy knotted oak doors, fresh flowers; and comfortable---with cushioned couch and coffee table area for reading, soft linens, fluffy pillows; and practical---with oversized hand carved wall mirror for full view before stepping out on the town, two oversized closets, pebbled bathroom floor, and convenient--to the creative award-winning restaurant up the flight of steps, to the cozy well serviced reception area and in the Palanco neighborhood. Did I mention the full service and attention! Attentive unobtrusive gracious friendly anticipatory of needs---beautiful warm people of Mexico work here with skill and style. A bottle of wine surprise in the room and nightly. truffles with sugared leaf decorations overwhelmed me. Yes will be here again and tell my work mates and friends to stay at the elegant delightful Busue. With only 12 rooms book early. Busue is the best kept secret in Polanco.

Not ready to be a "Boutique" hotel
The location of this place is amazing. The only negative aspect is that the main street of the neighborhood where it is located is undergoing construction so it was closed, and access to the hotel is not ideal. On top of that they haven’t installed the hotel’s name sign, which makes it even harder to find. There are only 11 rooms. The place has potential. The room was very nice. Clean. We decided to take a shower. First surprise: The shower had almost no pressure, unacceptable for a pretentious hotel. Second surprise: There were no towels. This is a $350+ room, ok? We called the front desk and they brought 2 towels that were so thin they looked more like pillowcases. We wanted to get a beer from the minibar, but it didn’t work properly so they were almost at room temperature. It wasn’t good. They have just a small crew to clean the rooms. So they come whenever they can. We went out the next morning and when we got back around 5 the room was dirty (they don’t even have the door display “Clean it/do not disturb”). They finally came around 6 and guess what? No towels again! We called the front desk and to our dismay this was the answer: “They didn’t bring us clean towels today”. I’m not kidding. The other negative side is that you can hear everything in the hotel. Bring earplugs if you want to disconnect. Overall it was not a good experience. We ended up leaving a day earlier. Funny enough, we had a reservation at the W that I cancelled to give Busue a try.
