Great Service!
I booked this hotel without knowing the area and was disappointed to find a lack of shops or interesting things around the hotel. It is next to a cancer hospital and many of the hotel residents are here because of that. But upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with extremely helpful staff, most of whom could speak to some level of English for me and I felt very welcome. I liked this hotel so much that I canceled a booking at a hotel closer to the city center and returned here. They are so friendly and helpful that I see them more as friends than hotel staff. If you are looking for excitement and nightlife this might not be your hotel. But if you want something clean, friendly, and quiet with a very nice outside patio, this is your place.

Great service!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, even though I speak English and not French. I think most of their customers need a place to stay near the cancer center across the street. I found this in a random search and had a fantastic experience. They have a wonderful patio just outside the lobby which is very spacious and comfortable.

They have a pretty good restaurant. Both the dinner and the breakfast were very good in a nice spacious area.any hotels have breakfast area that do not have e room to move around.

I had a great stay! The staff allowed me to store luggage 3 days in advance. The breakfast was also good. The only thing is the location. It’s a little bit far from the city center.

Room too small for two beds
The room was too small with two beds dress only with a white blanket and no pillows. The room looked old and not inviting. We arrived after midnight, so no able to change to another hotel, plus I made the reservation for two days with not a choice to cancel. There was not a blow dryer or a iron, you can request any of the two with a $20 deposit. They return your deposit after you return the items with no problem. Breakfast was good and they have a well stock bar. Staff were very helpful.

Served a purpose - would not go back.
My wife stayed and found the hotel a little underwhelming. She was sent to her room to find it was not completely ready. Description said she could be lent a hair dryer and in the whole four nights they never came back with one because they said they had run out. She bumped into a fellow traveller who waited a half hour downstairs at midnight to be given an extra blanket. On the last day - one of the light switches stopped working. On the plus side - it was clean and near the hospital.

Better than I thought
Hotel staff was friendly. I like the lobby area. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin and I could hear everything going on I. The neighboring rooms. The view was spectacular! Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle over Paris was a dream come true.

Nice hotel, but hard to find!
The hotel itself was fine, nice room, wifi, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, no complaints regarding the room or staff. The price was good which was my reason for booking. The restaurant could do with a bit more variety and maybe longer opening hours. The location was hard to find, taxi drivers took a while to find it. It was a little further from Central Paris than we would have preferred.

i stopped a night at Campanile Villejuif hotel. the hotel was about the average and far from the center of Paris. nothing nearby (by walking) the hotel same as supermarket or restaurants. the air condition was hot!!. the hotel is clean but its need to decorate or renew. there were alot of free parking outside and in front of hotel reception door but to be honest the hotel parking were inside the hotel wall and more secure.

Expensive for what it is
It was only one night stay over the weekend. Paid 69 euro without breakfast, breaksfast was an extra 9.99 euro but choice was very small. Room was clean, small but enough for one person, would be too tight for two people sharing. Some staff was very friendly and helpful others quite rude. Hotel has restaurant. Loads of things on the menue were not available, but what was available was good enough for a tired and very hungry person. Overall i would recommend this hotel but at lower price.

Balance between price (in Paris) and Metro access
Overall the room was a bit small, but clean. Also the hotel is close to the 162 and 58 bus lines so it's easy to catch the bus to the Metro (RER) terminal for those who want to catch the "B" line into Paris. The hard part we found was getting home, as the bus runs until 5:00PM and then after that we walked back each night. It's a 1 mile (22 minute) walk which is nice, but theneighborhood was a bit dirty. Rhere are acouple of small grocery stores on the walk back from the Metro and buying snack food there helped to save money overall. Price for the hotel was good (for Paris), but next time I would try to stay closer to a major Metro station just to make transportation easier for the family.

great for couples!
great hotel!internet was hard to get,a lil far from city centre but if u arent rich an know how to work the train system wch is easier than the london train system then its all good. took day pack into city centre an stayed in there all day just had to walk 1/2hour to train station from hotel but its good to explore all france streets

Great service but not as convenient
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for several reasons. 1) The service was wonderful. 2) The rooms were comfortable and clean, and 3) there was a restaurant, free wi-fi, and free luggage storage. The only downside was that the hotel is kind of far from the Metro (although it's close to bus 162). Also, there is a creepy hospital nearby.

Four Night Stay
My wife and I were very happy with the Hotel overall. Staff were very helpful. Our only major observation was that we would have expected better attention to the breakfasts. I know 9 euros each doesn't seem much, but small dishes of fruit salad do not go far, especially on two mornings when there was a coach party and they seemed to consume everything in sight, leaving a very poor selection for the other visitors.Four Night Stay
