This funky boutique hotel is a great spot. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are unique and well appointed. Rooftops are a fun hangout. Highly recommend!

Nice location in the middle of Viejo San Juan. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities (rooftop/ hot tubs) were nice. We loved the view from the roof. The location is very walkable. The staff gave us good recommendations for dinner and drinks.

The hotel is in good location, for me just easy to walk to view around within the port, to Cathedral of San Juan Bautista (St. John Baptist), to the fort (Castillo) San Cristobal. The staff were nice, quiet area. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the 6th floor. - 1 thing we did not know that the price of hotel not included breakfast. The elevator is big enough, only running slowly.

While ideally located this hotel is very dated. It’s more shabby then chic. Front desk was nice. Elevator is sloooow, and at times was even working. Staying here did the job but keep expectations low.

This is a very unique hotel and we loved it. Our room was very clean and it was located in a walkable area with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was also surprisingly quiet in our room even though we were in the middle of old San Juan.

Loved this little boutique hotel. Great location and so clean. The staff was wonderful and the space was unique in its feel and decor. Loved the ability to have breakfast downstairs and Estelle and Marisol were two lovely servers that took good care of me. So personable. I will be back!

Friendly staff, and because we arrived early (10:00 a.m.) we had to wait a few hours for our room. Check-in was at 4pm, but a room was ready by 2:30. We got it. Very clean and great room temperature. Comfortable beds.

Great place to stay in heart of Old San Juan. Close to everything: dining, shopping, historical fort. Facility includes 3 jacuzzis and 3 stone bath tubs yo be fulled. Also has breakfast/lunch menu.

The staff is great, and the location is right in the middle of everything, with lots of restaurants nearby. But our room 1c south, was on the first floor right next to the road and we heard everything, with passing g motorcycles, cars and garbage trucks. We found it very loud and difficult to sleep The bed was also somewhat uncomfortable.

absolutely amazing staff, area, and beautiful room. almost no complaints, the only thing is the room was pretty small and we had a king sized bed. but this was a very little problem, everything else made up for it! highly recommend

This was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the terrace was peaceful and relaxing and a great view of the city, the staff were all extremely friendly and this is right in the heart of old san juan. Absolutely loved our experience here!

The property was good for the convenience of being close to the port. We only stayed one night. The room was pretty small, but it was clean and did what we needed it to do. Checking in was alittle chaotic waiting. They let us hold our bags and then we left for lunch and came back and was able to check in. All and all it was fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Casablanca Hotel in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by the most amazing front desk staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel boasts a variety of delicious restaurants both within and around its premises, offering a tantalizing array of culinary delights that cater to every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was discovering the stunning hidden gem speakeasy bar tucked away within the hotel. The ambiance was impeccable, and the bartender crafted the most exquisite cocktails that left me wanting more. And let's not forget about the rooftop oasis, complete with hot tubs and clay baths. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the breathtaking views of Old San Juan. Throughout my stay, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the locals, who made me feel welcome at every turn. And I felt completely safe exploring the area, thanks to the hotel's excellent security measures. Overall, my experience at the Casablanca Hotel was nothing short of magical. I can't wait to return and experience its charm all over again. Five stars all around!

Had a first floor/basement room, felt like I was in a jail cell. This place certainly did not go out of their way for anything. My brother’s room did not have a working toilet, 4th floor, he was told he could use the bathroom in the lobby, oh, the elevator was broken for a time so the stairs were the mode of movement. He asked for a bucket in order to flush the toilet and was denied. Won’t be back there.

What a beautiful hotel right in old San Juan amid all the shops and restaurants. Very walkable to all the beautiful sites in old San Juan . Staff and service were great and bonus hound on the roof!!!

Casablanca is nestled in the Heart of San Juan, easy to get to the Fortress, La Pearla and other gems. You will never not experience great food as each spot, slays! 24 hour access to both the Jacuzzi and Tubs on their Smoke friendly Roof was the cherry on top of a staff that serves from their hearts. Would def stay again. 10/10 recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay here as I felt like the hotel really caught the essence of the movie, Casablanca. It was a really busy check-in and staff kept their heads and smiles at the same time. The hotel is walk-able to the water as well as numerous restaurants. I would love to stay there again.
