Overall the stay was great and I'd stay here again. The beds in our room were really comfortable and so were the pillows. I marked down a star because while it didn't really bother me the hotel is a little old looking and could use some updated rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is extremely dated. Renovation is needed ASAP. We couldnt eve open the door to the bathroom. It hit the tub before meeting osha egress standards. Good luck dressing in private. Pubic hair in the shower. Drawers filled with elmers wood glue. Lock on patio door ready to fall off. In house cantina was not open during advertised hours. Super dissapointing over all.

Upon arrival the toilet didn’t flush properly and when I asked for assistance I thought maintenance fixed it but it still didn’t flush properly- it eventually flushed whatever was stuck. Also maintenance tried to open my door in the evening due to some mixup in the assigned rooms (my room was also assigned to another couple). Front desk called to apologize mentioning there was a mixup in the name (my last name is very unique and the couple was white so not sure how one can mix that up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, except when it came to internet problems (see below). Room was satisfactory, bed was comfortable, but overall the rooms need to be updated. Faucets were very stiff to turn, shower took several minutes to get hot water, wasting lots of water. Mini-fridge was great, but no microwave in the room is a huge problem for business travelers like me who like to reheat our leftovers in our rooms while we work. Also, the Choice Hotels website said their was a complimentary breakfast, but this hotel charged for breakfast, and it was literally the exact same breakfast that other Choice Hotels offer for free. WiFi was terrible. Non-existent most of the time and when it did work, it averaged less than 3Mbps download and less than 1Mbps upload. The "Business Office" was nothing more than a conference table and chairs. No dedicated WiFi and no ethernet ports. It was SO bad that at 11pm I had to walk 1/2 mile down to Denny's and use their WiFi to make my Midnight deadline. This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, but I forgot just how bad the WiFi was when I booked it. I had at least 20 friends staying at the same hotel, and they all complained about the lack of WiFi. When traveling to Anaheim Conventions in the future, I may look elsewhere for my hotel needs.

The handicap parking spaces filled up fast, the staff at the desk told me to park in the regular parking lot. There were empty spaces where valet parking was. They could have made allowances for a handicapped individual. I was parked in a valet space and was asked to move my car! Unacceptable!

As much as I don’t want to write this, it needs to be stated. The staff is great. Extremely pleasant and helpful. The lobby is very inviting. The rooms are dated (namely the bathrooms). Bad caulking, plugged drains that take forever to clear, when you turn on the faucet in the tub it goes everywhere including back along the edge and out the tub enclosure if you don’t flip it to shower fast enough. The toilet flushes partially. It gets the job done but always leaves a little paper floating. Given that this is So Cal, darker curtains for the windows would be most helpful in the event that you want to sleep past 6:30am. The hotel served it’s purpose for a quick visit to town. I feel that the chain could re-evaluate some upgrades that need to be done for this property. Based on he location and capacity that it serves, I imagine they hav not made it a priority. It would be nice to see that happen.

The price for 3 nights was great! Especially considering me and my partner stayed for Wondercon weekend. The Anaheim Convention Center was a quick little 5 min walk from the hotel. There was plenty affordable food options near by and convenient stores as well. I didn’t have to drive at all because everything was close by. Area was safe and convenient. The workers were also very friendly 👍 I’d definitely stay there again.

One of the two beds in our room was unsleepable! We asked for a new mattress and nothing was done. Hotel is old and in need of repairs. Sink didnt drain and shower was not good.

We usually always stay here for Disneyland! The prices are great for the price! There is drivable stores and restaurants! They also offer breakfast which is also delish! If you don’t want to walk to park, you can Uber … but it is great spot to stay! Recommend if you are in a budget , but want something decent! & great !

Honestly every sloppy and lazy customer service from the front desk request toilet paper as that should be top priority at any hotel they couldn’t provide me any , staff offered me Kleenex like what am I suppose to do with that for a family of 3 , sad is we had requested this the night before and nothing

Convenient for the Anaheim Convention Center, and at an affordable price. Room was clean, and staff was friendly. TV could certainly be better, meaning bigger and newer.

When I got there my reservation was showing it was canceled but the staff helped me get it situated and I was able to stay. Walking distance to the park and staff was very friendly

It was convenient, staff helpful, laundry room and self service gift shop awesome. Easy walk to Disneyland. Only complaint the hotel bar was only open a few days a week, obviously on vacation a night cap is nice, so had to venture to a nearby bar. No big deal.
