Mold in bathroom sink. Dirty and worn. Beds were clean. Alarm clock broken. Control Panel in elevator isn't attached. Trim is scuffed and worn around elevator. Looks like trim has been pulled off. Sheer curtains have holes. We stayed in room 306

Normally this hotel is pretty clean and we don’t run into any issues, however with this specific room we did. It was not as clean and there was trash behind one of the chairs, they left used toiletries by the sink, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. When we brought this issue up, the staff was kind and offered to replace our used stuff but we couldn’t get a new room with a working fan, as none were available. Normally we get a 2 queen bed room but this time we got a single king, it may just be specific rooms where cleanliness is an issue.

Spacious room. Good location. The room was not very clean overall. Food crumbs on the carpet around the bed skirt. Filthy room phone, dirty floor lamp, in general just not up to a quality hotel's standards!

Upon arrival the bathroom was terrible, the toilet was stopped up with paper and feces, the telephone was so dirty we did not want to touch it and the bathroom exhaust fan loudly rattled. I am sorry to report that in general, it appeared cleanliness and maintenance standards at this site are very low.

The shower is disgusting, no trash can in the bathroom, bathroom floor grout is nasty, no comp bottled water and bottled water cost $2 from the vending machine down the hall that hadn't been vacuumed in a week or more, wish i could add picture proof, the bathroom door shows signs of moisture damage too, i will not visit here again until it is remodeled.

In our 1st room we turned on the shower and water started to pour down the ceiling. The front desk moved us to another room where we discovered that TV has no signal and the beds were lumpy and hard.

The room hadn't been cleaned. The floor was dirty with some food crumbs and dirt scattered on the floor. The night stands had hairs and dust on them. We informed the desk and they had an "Oh well" attitude.

We had booked at the travelodge Wyndham and it was horrible, disgusting, we left and booked at this hotel. Immediately happy , clean , comfortable, and instantly felt so much better and ready to rest. We are in tosn for my husbands procedure at the nearby hospital so stress is already high. A clean room, and greay staff is much needed.

Great price. Clean room. Friendly staff.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I checked in a different times, and the staff made sure her keys were clearly marked and ready for her. We needed a luggage cart when checking out, and the lady went around looking for one and called us when it was available. The room was clean. The beds were ok, but a little hard. The pillows were hard. The phone did not work. The shower was very slippery and no mat. We put a hand towel in the tub to prevent slipping. All these things are minor and acceptable and mentioned when we checked out.

The room had everything we needed and the staff was extremely nice and understanding. The only issues we had were the tv, as it was very slow and had very limited options on what to watch, and some areas of cleanliness. Under the toilet seat had not been cleaned and the sink faucet had a large dark spot, however, the room itself was very clean and trustworthy.

Great, friendly, helpful staff. Room was mostly clean, but needed a DEEP CLEANING. grout / caulking around top of shower was GROSS. Same with elevator. Computers at check in not working and had to come back after dinner to check in. Not bad, but not great

Staff was friendly. Never used breakfast but had a pre packaged croissant sandwich brought back ( disappointing). It had snowed while we were there, we didn't need it, but had scrapers available for use. Nice pool but didn't use it either. Beds were comfy. We always stay here when we come to town.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was slim pickings. Juice dispenser did not work. Hardly any options. No toast, bagels, muffins, just a few pieces of over ripe fruit, and microwaveable sandwiches. What was available to drink, milk, was sitting out warm. Sad excuse for breakfast. And the worker working breakfast just sat there on her phone the entire time. I would understand if it wasn’t a “continental” breakfast, but labeling it as such, and it being slim pickings is a let down. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Most of the staff didn't seem very happy to be there. There was a hole in the shower curtain. The tub and sink drained very slowly. There were stains on the ceiling that appeared to be blood. The continental breakfast was less than desirable.
