The picture makes it appear as a tranquil place out of the bustle of many other lodging properties. Comfort Inn and Suites is along very busy roadways, kicking up a lot of dirt. I would have preferred a place set back a bit out of the noise, and would have preferred a place that had something other to look at out of our window than speeding traffic. However the room was clean, and people were very pleasant.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good - especially the biscuits. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Electricity went out for 2 hours in the entire hotel. Staff at hotel was really good except at night- they had someone new and wasn’t equipped to handle the situation. It was resolved when another employee came to help but the management shouldn’t leave the hotel in someone’s responsibility that is not capable of handling things - there should be better training. Kudos to Wanda in housekeeping though- wonderful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was much better than I expected. Instant (almost) hot water. Breakfast was standard fare for nowadays. Only negative i noticed was that the elevator was a little slow. If that's all that was not excellent then I say so what. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean spacious 1st floor. Everyone was nice. Alot of road construction around the hotel butwas still quiet inside.

In comparison to other Confort Inn properties I have stayed at I would say this was about average. The room was clean enough although it did show some age. The breakfast was lackluster at best. The staff was very friendly. the property itself was situated in an area that was under construction so that took away from the experience.

It had an 8 out of 10 rating - but was a 6 at best
The hotel is in need of updating. The furniture looked old, really beat up. The bed was not comfortable, and the fan on the Heat/AC unit would not stay running and every time it cycled on or off I would wake... so, not a good night's rest. The toilet wobbled and I was afraid the toilet was going to fall over if I leaned even slightly too far. Just glad my wife was not with me on this trip.

Took forever to check is in. We were the only checkin. Was booked for a king room with sofa. Was given a standard king no sofa. Room was outdated and not very clean. Bathroom was extremely dirty.

Great place but needs an upgrade
It was old and definitely need upgrading TVs Internet access USB access, Needs painting done in the actual room were chipped away up in the ceilings. A very nice hotel. Great staff the hotel just needs upgrade.
