Lobby is pretty and smelled good. As soon as we turned down the hallway towards our bedroom it smelled musty and old. Our bathroom was dirty, roaches present, and the wall next to the bed needed a serious cleaning. Furniture in the room was worn. Only parking available was in the back and was dark and felt unsafe. Hotel room needs to be updated.

Everything was lovely! There is a desk and printer for boarding passes. There are rooms for visually and hearing impaired persons! But there was no screen on our balcony door. And the restaurant was closed. Large people would have trouble in the toilet/shower area, as it was tiny. Small inconveniences.

It isn’t the best, but I slept well on a king bed without any disturbance. The staff was friendly, prompt, and check-in and check-out were easy. There was the faint smell of smoke on level 5. And some overall cleaning and straightening should be done daily. I’d stay again in a pinch.

I have never been to property that refused to clean the room. I asked multiple times and nothing. I had to go down to the lobby to get new towels and never got new sheets. I would never stay here again!!!!

The property is not well maintained. Rooms was not clean. Towels were dingy and rough. Bed was sagging to the middle from both sides. TVs need to be updated. Walls, fixtures were dirty and had remnants of some fluid or???? Bathroom was serviceable, except the tub/shower, was molding and caulk was separating from the wall. Will never stay in this hotel again.

I chose this hotel because it had good reviews, the amenities it described and it was close to everything I was going to do in Dallas. However, the site shows it has a restaurant, a bar, and it has a picture of nice fire pit outside and none of it is available. I was told the restaurant and bar is closed till possibly march. Asked if I could have someone turn on the fire pit or how it work was told it couldn’t be turned on. I paid for “continental breakfast” ended being a microwave biscuit with a yogurt and a small pineapple juice that looks like they got it from the bar definitely not work paying for. Completely disappointed.

They did not have a lot of the amenities listed on their Expedia listing such as a restaurant (they called the dining area where they only serve their $10 breakfast a restaurant), no coffee shop/cafe, snack bar/deli - in short, if you want to eat there other than the $10 breakfast, you have to Door Dash or go out. Their security is terrible - a car alarm went off outside my window for several minutes twice after 10 PM and once in the morning. I'm not sure how they have received the rating they have on Expedia, as it certainly is undeservewd.

Was a very nice hotel to stay in. The room and facility were quiet and clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and polite. This is definitely in one of the nicer areas in Dallas.

The hotel is a very good value for the price. Free parking and a quiet, convenient, location in relation to where I was going. Very accessible. I imagine the property is very pretty in the summer and the lobby is very attractive. Several restaurants sand grocery store in the strip shopping center across the street. I especially recommend the turkish restaurant band Ephesus.

Everything was very upscale, minimalistically elegant. Comfortable beds and sitting area. Our room had a connecting door and we could hear the other room’s conversations plus dialog on tv. (& they were not shouting or blaring tv)

Quick overnight for Bowl Game at SMU
Hotel was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. The area was a little questionable so a bit nervous about my car in parking lot. Lobby coffee bar was closed during my stay so that was disappointing and I had to drink a sad cup of coffee from in-room coffee maker. Seemed very short staffed but lobby and public restroom was clean and appeared well maintained.

We expected a breakfast to be available to purchase. When we checked in we were told it would not be available until after January 2024. Once a year or more we go go Dallas, this is a convenient location. Next year over the Christmas holidays is a breakfast is not available at this location we will shop for another hotel.

We have projects nationwide and I booked a week long stay for 3 of my employees, based off of the ratings/reviews and the location of this particular hotel. My employees had spoken with the staff about the smell, the bugs in the rooms and a barking dog all night and the staff did nothing about any of the complaints. I won't be booking at any Sonestas in the future.

They rented out a conference for a party that sounded like a dance club. The music was so loud I could actually feel it. It went on until midnight. They let cars park in the entry way all day even though it says 15 minute parking. I guess they thought they were special since they were sports cars. We had elderly parents with us and could not drop them off or pick them up at the entrance. The rooms and elevators smell like dog pee. It is a pet friendly hotel so I guess that is acceptable. This will definitely be our last stay here.

The TV was pretty bad in our room and the shower did not drain properly. The staff was really friendly though and we didn't experience any other difficulties.
