Checking in the front desk host was very accomodating, I am a senior with bad knees requested a room close to the elevator and it was done. But, the bathroom sink was full of hair on arrival, the soap was the size of soap in a cheap hotel, and there was no ice machine on the floor. I was tired on arrival, so I cleaned the sink, took a bath with the hotel shampoo and went to bed. The next morning I tried to asked the housekeeper (2 of them) where I could get ice, nither spoke or understood english. I used the room phone to call for service, it didn't work. I had a great weekend with the event I was there for but disappointed with the hotel stay.

The facility was great, pool wonderful. Beds were super soft and caving in the middle a little so not a great bed for me. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money, better off going out. Staff at restaurant (breakfast) and Starbucks were not the friendliest. Everyone else was amazing.

Great spot right off the highway for a quick overnight in Jacksonville. I was upgraded right away and it was super easy in and out! You have to pay for all meals and we didn’t eat here but a great space nonetheless!

The property in general was in great conditions. Rooms were clean. We got a double room and the beds were comfortable but full size, they felt too snall for 2 people and the pillows were too bulky and hard.

Room was filthy…my feet were so dirty from floors it was disgusting…they were actually sticky! Drain was plugged in bath tub…ugh! We have stayed here for years traveling to and from NY never again!!! $75 for our Show Dog to be in our room?! We were only there 12 hours and were totally disgusted with everything!!! What a shame…you have lost a repeat customer for good!

The hotel is nice overall very clean and friendly helpful staff. My only downfall was at breakfast there were 3 servers, over half empty restaurant and it took 25 mins for someone to help me only after I grabbed a manager which was after they proceeded to help 3 other ppl that came after me. That left a bad taste in my mouth regarding that aspect of the hotel.

I thought I’d splurge a little during my 2 week road trip (with my dog). Normally I aim for La Quinta / Days Inn price points. Regretted making the decision. I was very disappointed to learn that the pet fee was $75. I checked everywhere online on Expedia prior to booking and saw no mention of a pet fee, although it was designated pet friendly property. I am used to paying $25-$30 on the road while traveling with my dog. A hypoallergenic breed by the way, but that is irrelevant. Way too much money and a clear money grab. A dated property but clean and maintained.
