Spent 1 week there with my husband and our 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) and have had our best family vacation ever!! We have traveled to many other carribean islands before but this one was totally at a different level!! All the staff were so nice, extremely polite and helpful!! Special mention to Nicole (pool service) and Olya (gym trainer). We cannot recommend this place enough!!! Loved every single minute of it!

Wish there were more food options, they said they upgraded my room to a garden room and it was across from the dinner which didn't have any privacy. Also, we had to go to the bar for the pool food. Nobody came around unless we went to them. The pricing of the food seemed high.

Casual setting near the all-inclusive pool. The snorkeling was dynamite at the beach! A fun vibe all around. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and property. Unfortunately there were loud party private events in front of our beachfront room both nights, powered with a diesel generator of which the exhaust streamed right to our room. After bringing this to the attention of management we were compensated some, but I think this could have been prevented. Food was hit or miss. Great fish and octopus tacos, terrible pizzas. Great sushi and breakfast but terrible nachos. Staff was either amazing and super attentive or disinterested and not very motivated. The reef out front is nice but pretty damaged. Safe lagoon, but don’t venture too far put unless you want to be clipped by a jetski

This place is a mess. They were overbooked and tried to cut corners to ensure they could fill as many rooms as possible. I booked 2 rooms that should have 2 queens each for a party of 6. When we arrived they gave us 2 kings despite seeing the party size. We were told we’d get a roll in bed for each room, that only happened for one. We then had to switch rooms the next night. The resort didn’t have enough sheets or towels. Any time we needed something it took asking for it about 3 times before it finally arrived. We were offered free breakfast in an effort to make up for the nonsense we experienced but at check out it wasn’t removed (had I not double checked I would’ve been charged). I’ve heard so many complaints from others as well it’s a shame. The staff is very friendly and it’s unfortunate that they had to deal w complaints from issues that were not their fault. You’re better off staying at an air bnb. The experience was ridiculous

The property is beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The staff are friendly, right down to the housekeeping staff. The beach is small, not condusive to long walks. Restaurant space can be limited at dinner, forcing early or late meals.

Service was slow and inattentive throughout the hotel (front desk (failed to call a requested taxi to airport), bellman (did not secure checked luggage), waiters and waitresses (consistently very slow, eg 5 minute wait for a spoon at dinner). The bar and beath bar have excellent food. The main restaurant Cspice has a small and repetitive menu. The island has many impressive and good restaurants.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious room. Nice amenities. Excellent customer services from all staff. Nice pool. Love the snorkeling in front of the hotel. Saw many fishes. The only downside is the limited dinning options. You need a car or pay $25 taxi one way to ho into town.

a. the beach is little rocky, so we bought water shoes (then fully enjoyed the beach) b. there was no fountain where we could wash out sand after beach before entering our site of the hotel... Overall we would rate it as 4 out of 5.

Loved the pools, the beach, nice snorkeling right out front. Nicely decorated, clean and fairly spacious room. Only issue is floors get sandy & dirty..need to be vacuumed rather than just swept
