If it's that horrible and we did you no service, come get your broken down vehicle out of my parking lot because it has been sitting here since Tuesday and you have only stayed one night and I told you on Tuesday, when you had it towed in the lot, that you couldn't do that and you insisted you were staying here through the weekend--but you haven't.

Tape on the carpet where it meets at the bathroom. Huge stains on the carpet and the sheets we had in two different rooms. Towels were dingy with stains and had pubic hairs in it.

DISGUSTING! It started off with a very rude receptionist when we checked in! Then when we got to our room there were toe nail clippings all over the floor, when I called the front desk she told me she was the only one working and that I could come get a vacuum to clean it up! I was appalled by that response and asked if there were any other rooms available and she said in a very rude way that they had one left and it was on the third floor, I asked if it was a King because that's what I had paid for and she said no. She said she would write the room number down and tell the manager in the morning. Well, I never heard from the manager and I was there for 3 nights. When I did talk to the manager she was not rude but definitely not nice either. I told her that a phone call or something stating that she was sorry would have been nice and all she could say was "Okay and thanks". Never received 1 apology. Then at night there was a room above us that had something making an awful noise, it happened every night for about 15 minutes, it woke us up every time! Again the lady could only say "Okay, thank you." I get at the end of the day that I could stay at a nicer hotel, but regardless, the room should be clean!

I certainly understand the expectation for a room to be clean on check in. I have checked the housekeeping and room inspection lists and have noted that this room was checked according to our procedures. Thank you for your feedback as we definitely do not want to be checking any guest into a room that has not been fully cleaned.

Overall, this day was fine, but the toilet did not work. I had to continually get into the tank and help it fill back up the bathroom sink stopper would not go up so I had to continually put my hands in the water to drain the sink and when I went to check out there was a sign and a bowl that said drop your key here and no one to be found behind the desk.

There were 3 junk cars in the lot. One on blocks, 1 with a flat, and another that didn't move. An employee driving a green mini reserved one of the best parking spots for himself with an orange cone. Most of the staff was borderline surly. My refrigerator didn't have a temp adjustment and froze and exploded my cokes. The in- room coffee is tasteless. This is 2 bad Wyndham Days Inns in a row. I'm going elsewhere.

Unfortunately the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Rooms were outdated and grubby. Not dirty because of the staff they all seemed great but more from age and no general upkeep. Great place if you just need a cheap place to sleep but not a place you want to stay for any extended period of time.

Not worth what I paid.
Staff was great. Condition wasn’t the greatest. A lot of cosmetic repairs that needed to be done. Fan in bathroom was falling. Towels were stained but smelled clean. Looks like someone spill glue all over the desk. Several places where the walls needed repair. Parking lot is small. Spaces were very small and people took up several spots (which the hotel can’t really manage). Free breakfast was very limited. Friends room smell of pets. TV channels appeared to be half QVC type.

Front desk staff on first morning after check-in and on check-out unhelpful, bordering on rude. Room had unplugged radio and improperly connected television. When reported to front desk staff, attitude was “so what.” Staffer appeared more interested in her computer screen than her guests.

Hello. Thank you for your review. I apologize, but in no way was the reply given to you "so what". You were addressed with a smile and a reply of, "Okay. Thank you for letting me know." Mam, if we are unhelpful and bordering on rude, you had a 3-4 night stay and what was your expectation for staff action at being informed of an unplugged TV and alarm clock at your check out? If you had told staff at check in or when you realized there was a problem any one of us would have been more than happy to help fix both of those things. I'm not saying these problems don't matter. They certainly do. And we will work to put together a plan that helps us make sure things are plugged in and working properly. But, it is common practice to notify an establishment of a problem right away (not waiting three days) so they can fix it for you, and in this instance I have to say I feel it is more than a little unfair to determine that someone is uninterested, unhelpful, and bordering on rude, and to then exaggerate on the response given to you. We would have gladly corrected this for you had you given us the chance. And if, for example, you were telling us that you did report it and no one cared and no one came to fix it, we would be having a much different conversation. So, by all means, yes thank you for bringing the problem to my attention. And thank you for withholding derogatory criticism and comments in the future.

It’s a basic no frills don’t expect much property. The rooms are clean, the bed was ok, small TV’s. Breakfast is weak to say the least. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty to the point I wouldn’t go in. Great for a one night stay on a budget wanting a bed.
