The check-in process was a mess. Too few people to check in tons of guests. Checking in should never take an hour, especially when the app allowed me to do everything except get my key. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just use a virtual key like every other Hilton property and had to wait in a line for ages with an overtired young child. The grab-and-go food options were horrifically overpriced. Worse than airports. $15 for a mediocre turkey sandwich? Come on. The pool is nice, but every day I went to it I had to request towels because none were there. Our room had mold on the ceiling, and the fan in the bathroom barely worked. I wouldn’t stay here again.
